Gods forgiveness is once for all, its not little by little like in the old covenant. Your past, present and future sins are forgiven. Not at all should this make you feel like you can abuse His forgiveness, on the contrary it should inspire you to live in a new and righteous way. Hebrews 10:14 states that by the sacrifice of Christ we have been perfected FOR EVER! Believer, you have a brand new and perfect heart. People will say this doctrine is dangerous because of the term "future sins forgiven" so that must mean we can just keep sinning right?! Well Paul in Romans 6:1 Asked an important question, Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? ABSOLUTELY NOT, BE IT FAR FROM you is basically what he said, don't you know that you died with Christ and now have a new life? How can you sin more?! There is power in knowing that you are completely forgiven!
Hebrews 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
Hebrews 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
In the old testament people/priests were daily sacrificing for remission of sins, there was a remembrance made daily of sins. Now under grace there is no remembrance of sins, Jesus made a one time sacrifice that forgives ALL people that believe and he sanctifies and perfects them ONCE for all!
