Cause sometimes i suspect that they don't believe that Jesus died for their sins and they don't read the bible or have been baptized.

This is GOD telling you to speak to them about God.

It could be someone is going to die, and God is giving you a chance to bring a lost prodigal home!!

Speak to them to where they will LISTEN to YOU.

Get into their heads and fill their MINDS with hope because of God.

Pray for them !!

To answer your question probably not a whole lot cause they love their lives and want to pursue all their pleasures and fun and stuff as do i. It's hard following Jesus and i know it's worth it, but in this generation and era there's so many distractions around and i just wanna have fun and sin which is bad.
Having fun is fine, but doing evil and damage along the way it terrible.
But acknowledging boundaries makes fun safe.
And often fun is at the expense of others, which are hurt and needing help.
And when you see things running out of control and the mess they end up
in which can be the end of them or a lifetime of pain, is the "fun" worth it?
I know people born into "fun" situations, and fun "drugs" destroying others.

So you do not have to look far to see fun without boundaries is no fun at all.
It takes effort though to begin to see what drives so many thing and where
they lead, and then find those same flaws in oneself.
God bless you

The lake of fire is a place of destruction, though for demons torment.
How this will work, is in the Lords hands and I trust Him.

My question would be how many who claim to know Jesus walk with Him in His ways today?
Yes, Dante's version of hell is just a fable. Romans 6:23 says "The wages of sin is death." The lake of fire will completely annihilate sinners, even the demons when God is done with them (Ezekiel 28:18, 19). Like the poster said above, we cannot judge just who is following Christ in this life. You need to settle down and start trusting God. He loves your family more than you do.

We are informed in the scriptures that when one does pass its universal Alzheimer's. In the new heavens and earth the former things will not be remembered or ever come to mind.

What a wonderful gift "memory". Just imagine that if a loved one died and our memory of them would a . Its a act of mercy .resist the c with truth
I keep telling you you have this wrong. There is no afterlife Alzheimer's like you say. I know you get this from here:

Isa 65:17, 20, 21 "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them."

This clearly shows flesh and blood people after the second resurrection. This is during the White Throne Judgment period after the millennial reign. It has nothing to do with resurrected saints.

Even Paul said we will know everything and more when we are immortalized.

1 Cor. 13:12 "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known."

My faith always wavers because something wont stop hitting me on the head is imagining my father and my grandparents roasting in hell in burning sulfur for all of eternity. And i gotta be honest, it makes me angry with God sometimes, it makes me unbelievably angry to the point where sometimes i want to dismiss the Christian faith altogether. You know i'll be reading the bible, praying, listening to gospel and everything and then in the back of my head i picture my dad screaming in agony in the flames of hell and my grandparents both in hell. And then i wanna shake my fist at God and say HAVE MERCY! Stop hurting my family!
You have to choose God over everyone else - even you family. You have to trust God's judgement over your own. It is not for you to judge God.

Look what Jesus said about his own earthly family in Luke 8:20-23.
"Then Jesus’ mother and brothers came to see Him, but they were unable to reach Him because of the crowd. He was told, “Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, wanting to see You.” But He replied, “My mother and brothers are those who hear the word of God and carry it out.”

All you can do is keep planting seeds with your family. Share the word, but in the end you cannot save them. 1 John 2:23 "whoever denies the Son doesn't have the Father".

No i'm not mad at this site i don't know why'd you think that.
Welcome back, I thought you might have given up on all Christian faith things. you seem pretty upset with thoughts of it, the enemy does know what buttons to push, so there’s that.

sometimes Imagining can be quite different than happening, but what’s the issue is it of wrong doings or about faith with your parents, simple answer is fine surely don’t need details, got be careful with that.

1) Because before my father was kind of agnostic i remember him at the dinner table saying "well we don't know if theres a God or not we can't tell" and when i asked him a couple days ago Dad do you believe in Jesus? All he said was "God". And then i said yeah do you believe that Jesus died for your sins? And he's like "i'm glad you believe in that." Like he's really weird on the subject for some reason it makes him uncomfortable, i said "but do you believe that Jesus died for your sins?" And he said "i believe in God i already told your mom years ago". He doesn't go to church or read the bible, i feel like he just says it so we can be happy, he hasn't been baptized. My grandparents go to church at least but they don't wanna get baptized for some reason. Like they have arguments about God and Jesus sometimes i feel like they just get annoyed when my mom talks about Jesus.

2) I mean i've read the bible and i see what it says, a lake of fire, eternal destruction, where their worm shall never die, everlasting punishment, contempt, torment, weeping and gnashing of teeth. My thing is what if they don't believe that Jesus died for their sins that they're not sincere or live a Godly life, like when i read the bible it makes it seem so hard, i know people say Once Saved Always Saved but when i read the bible theres all these different verses like "if its hard for the righteous to be saved, how much more for the ungodly and sinner". I just don't agree that we all deserve eternal torture in a lake of fire, I just don't. The fact that we're not perfect and we all sin i don't think justifies being in a lake of fire for all of eternity. I try to think you know i'm not morally superior to God but it just pisses me off cause we all apparently deserve to be placed in a lake of fire for just existing and being born, no one can live a perfect life because we're not God, so if you even tell one lie than you deserve to be placed in a burning sulphur lake of fire and torture for all eternity. I just don't agree and this is why i have doubts about Christianity and sometimes believe that it was used to brainwash the masses to be good because if they're not good then they're going to hell.

3) I do a lot of research on it and continue to do research on it.

OK, in response I will start a new thread on Hell that will give you a new and more rational perspective on what the Bible actually teaches about Hell.

Thanks, i'm not sure what "word" that is omitted you're talking about. My life has been pretty dramatic recently i would agree.
" Often there are people, places or things that are sensitive subjects, so I will leave it at that.
I do hope and pray through Christ our Lord, that you find what is needed in your life, for a
better feeling of peace, hope and encouragement."

Hmm what about your mother?, you said parents, and from what your father had said, he didn’t say No. I’d leave it at that. he could of had a profound experience that made him a believer but because of the experience doesn’t like to talk, similar to there are some war vets that they don’t like to talk about it.

some may say who wouldn’t like to talk about being a Christian but not all story’s are the same.

Here is a link at the bottom of this post to a thread I started on Hell a few months ago. Please read my original post which started the thread. It is long and in 2 parts. I answer every Scripture that supposedly supports "eternal conscious torment".

I think it will help you to see that "eternal conscious torment" in hell is not biblical. The Bible teaches that the unsaved are destroyed/annihilated. God loves people and has no desire to torment them forever because they rejected Him.

Uh, that is incredibly rude. "Do you think God will care about your sad story?" Read that through again man. Sincerely.

Go to hell too? What kind of response is that?

Yes he cares...compassion is a thing.

There is NOTHING wrong with working out your own salviation. Having deep questions is NOT something to be insensitive about.

If you will proverbs 25:2...to seek out a matter is entirely within prescribed limits. However I will add that the leading of the spirit MUST be acknowledged and to work within that framework.

I do agree with the crossroads ultimatum you presented regarding scripture...but it is gaining an understanding. Grasping what is being said that CANNOT be shortcutted to "Turn or Burn!" That is treating each person that had has made a declaration of faith as a simpleton. The LORD can do that certainly. But as a man, I'm not the creator ;)

Tis outside my purview.

Having doubts is not something to beat someone over the head about. When we allow these doubts to be unresolved and fester into lies, heresy, or denial then YES that is genuine cause for concern.

I'm a new poster here, but I've seen this kind of invective before and if the motivation is love and compassion. Modulation is key.

1 Peter 3:15 bro "...do this with gentleness and respect".

Do you know if they rejected Jesus? His salvation..

Or do you think they simply never read the Bible or heard about Jesus, His Gospel message ?

I have 3 questions for you: (1) Why do you consign your family to Hell?
(2) What if it could be demonstrated to you that your concept of Hell is unbiblical and morally monstrous, whereas the real Hell can be understood as God's justice for those who, for whatever reason, turn their back on God?
(3) How much internet research have you done on Hell?
Internet research on hell? How about study to shew thyself approved unto God by searching the word of truth...internet junk is just that, internet junk...man's ideas instead of God's words.

Very saddening yes, my heart goes out to you. But know that the God of the earth will do right. This knowledge you have can be used for God's glory for future family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and strangers. God will use you my friend.

First of all, being baptized won't save anyone one that dosn't believe. Ritual baptisms are an old Catholic standard. It is however a public demonstration that our sins are washed away and should come after we receive the faith that Jesus died for our sins.

We shouldn't keep our lamps under a basket, rather let them shine for others to see. Baptism shouldn't be private, rather be a public acknowledgement of our new life. I have serious doubts about closet Christians. I feel most of them are ashamed of being different. Were supposed to be different, that's the point!

You claim to be angry with God about judging others, but it sounds like you are really
angry with God because you want to have "fun" and not be restricted.

We have to love God more than life. Our human lives are quite temporary but God is eternal.
