In Christ We Speak Before God With Sincerity,
Paul, in those verses is saying we should not spread the
word of God for prophet. We need to pass it along with
love and sincerity. We don't look for personal gain but
only the gain that brings someone to Christ. Humility is
a very important trait to have when addressing others in
the power of God. We are not sent to save anyone by
our own power but rather we bring others to the One who
will. Without God we are nothing and that is the way it
should be so we are not inclined to boast. Yes much of
the Christian world falls away from that. We love God so
that we may be wrapped in Him and protected from the evils
of sin and not to see how rich we can get.
