It Is You Who Watches Over My Way,
When our burdens in life are too many, when our loads get
too heavy and we want to give up, God says no that is not
the way. There will always be road blocks and detours in
life, many are ones that we have no control over. While we
have no control over them happening, we do have control
with how we deal with them. Many might say why me Lord
but how many might say why not me Lord. Maybe there are
times when God allows something to happen in our life and
we feel He is testing us. God does not tempt us though as
scripture tells us, only the evil one can do that. But never
allows things to happen without being there to help us pull
through. We don't ask for suffering but when it comes we
rely upon our Lord to take control to pull us through. He will
never give us more than we can handle. We need to trust.
Scripture says in one place that suffering makes us stronger.
We don't ask for it but we don't avoid it either.
