Every Knee Will Bow Before Me,

Paul is lecturing people about arguing and judging. Everyone
has their own thoughts. Some ate certain foods and others ate
something else. Each took a position on what it should be and
then came the judgement of one another. So we are one in the
Lord and there is no room in bickering. I've experienced things
like this where people will argue over the smallest thing. The
lesson here is that love fulfils the law. We are not bound by all
of the old law since it was imperfect. Christ came as the new
and final covenant so the example of Jesus and by grace we
are to live God's love. In that way the old covenant was made
obsolete. Still we fulfil even the old law except we do it through
love. So it is better to love our God than it is to argue grumble
about minutia.
