yahoo christian chat

years ago I used to go to christian chat in yahoo. I was wondering if anyone else here went there as well. Yahoo chat closing down was one of the main reasons why I went looking for other places to chat and found this place.
I used to go to CC2 in yahoo. anyone else?

i went a few times but there were creepy guys on there so I kind of stopped going years ago. didn't know it closed down.

I used to live on the chat at christianchat.co.uk from 1997 - 2003 until they went and pulled the plug on it.
I started looking for another site and found this one.

Yea, I used to love Yahoo chat....I'm talking way back in the day though, late 90's.....before webcams were even available for the average computer. I quit visiting once the entire place became overran with bots though

Yahoo Christian chat was annoying.
Atheists turned the Christian rooms into atheist vs Christian rooms, all in the name of "free speech", and "I have a right to be here too.". Pretty much making any sort of Christian fellowship without interference from people who don't believe in God nearly impossible.

Call me crazy, but Christians should be permitted at least one lil cozy place on the Internet to do their Christian thing without the rude interference from atheists.

Yes, my husband and I met Yahoo Christian chat. It was around 2000 or 2001 that we met. Then, we got married in 2009. We missed Yahoo Christian chat.

Yeah. I used to use Yahoo Christian Chat. Those were the days - the ultimate in atheist vs. Christian debates, where he who typed the fastest was often the winner (and could take on multiple challengers). I remember giving one particular atheist (who was hell-bent on proving evolution) spanking after spanking - sadly, I forget his username. There was also a girl called Jack the Young Earth Apostle, or something similar, who often starred as my sidekick. Fun times.

Also, sometimes the atheists were better hackers, even though the Christians were right, and they booted you from a room. And it was really frustrating trying to get access to the room again, as rooms were only allowed about 25 people, and when atheists were getting thrashed in a debate, everybody wanted to witness it.

That seems somewhat of an emo kind of statement.
