I'm a major pet lover. I'm the guy that visits people and five minutes later the cat or dog is curled up in my lap while the owners say "Wow he never takes to new people like that!"
And I, even I, must agree. Pets belong outside. They can't use human toilets, they can't operate the can opener and they can't open doors. If the owner died they would be trapped in a house they can't get out of and they would die too.
They belong outside where they can run and play, poop and pee out behind the house, and go next door and whine if their food hasn't been put out in a week.
