Its Effect Will Be Quietness And Confidence Forever,

In the midst of daily life there are many distractions and
disillusions and many times where it becomes easy to
give up. But patience will forever be our guide since God
has promised us He will never leave us orphaned. God
is not in the business of abandonment, that is our choice
if we allow it to be. I've heard it said that God is no longer
in my life, He doesn't hear me anymore no reason for me
to persue Him any longer. But that is not a case of God's
abandonment it is the persuit of the evil one. When we
seem to have drifted astray, that is the time we need Him
most. God is our warmth and our strength, His fire burns
forever and if we decide to move away from Him, little by
little we are the ones who choose to go out in the cold. It
is an insidious process that captures our lack of faith in
very small portions but we need to learn to detect and to
correct it early on to continue with a wholesome relationship
with Him. In another place in scripture He says "I have
carved you in the palm of My hand and I will never forget
you." It is wise to take at least a small amount of time for a
one to one with God. More is better though.

I hope all who tend to drift hear and follow this wondrful message of edification. It is true there are times we feel adrift but as you have well said and repeated fro the Word, we are carved in the palm of our Father's Hand. It is truly amazing and uplifting, amen.
