I Urge You To Live A Life Worthy
Of The Calling You Received,

By calling ourselves prisoners, it doesn't mean we are
under some sort of lock and key. But it does mean we
give ourselves up for our Lord Jesus Christ. That is to
say that we will follow Jesus in thoughts and hearts and
deeds. It is for us to strive to keep the bonds of God's
Spirit through the Holy Spirit. God always gives us the
freedom to choose. He has shown us the way so for us
to thrive in this Christian life, we need to accept His will
and do His will and follow His way. So it is through our
love for Him that we submit to Him. While God does not
demand, He keeps urging us to follow Him. So we come
His prisoners by our own choice and desire. We want to
come to Him and assert that yes Lord I love and I will go
with you wherever you go. But even if we get lost in the
process, He gives us redemption through forgiveness.
We are to grow in His love and correct ourselves when we
don't.
