Hey everyone.

Sometimes it's not easy as a Christian in this world and it seems to get harder and harder.
So what inspires you to keep in faith and to confess your faith to others?

For me it's such a great inspiration to watch some testimonies of other people - hearing how they found to Jesus is so precious!
I made a video about Christian Celebrities who share their Testimonies and speak about God.
Feel free to watch:

Hope the testimonies inspires you as much as me :)

God bless you all!!!

You've got other things you do when you feel alone with your faith?!
Would like to read it!

Let's keep our eyes focused on Him ,he is our hope and salvation

I just couldn't go back to the old way of living, a greedy selfish world. The love for the Holy Spirit and Jesus, the worry about the lost and the ones who go to church as if its an obligation, then go to Las Vegas for a weeks vacation. Those caught up in mega churches, the list goes on. I have a passion to serve somehow

I agree with you. But sometimes it is not easy to keep strong, even when you actually know it is the right way. But to combine it with your job and your friends...We are still part of the world. I guess 'praying' is the best solution for it...or let people pray for you!

no friends, lost contact with family in 2015. And I am fortunate to be retired at a relatively young age as well being comfortable. It has made me very close to the Holy Spirit/Jesus and seperate myself from the world to a large degree. I know its divine planning actually for me to be right where I am.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Why is there a problem? Depend on yourself and you will fail. Depend on Jesus and you cannot fail. Tribulation crosses our path that we might learn to lean on Jesus.

For the cause of Christ
Roger

Maybe my english is not good enough to explain me well. But you all are right with what you are saying and I'm glad to hear that the relationship to Jesus is so close! Be blessed!

Hi! I have found spiritual songs lead me into a more active spirit of worship and praise! I love to read, therefore I love the precious word inspired by Holy men under the leading of the Holy Spirit. I also love my intimacy with the Father, the Son,Jesus, and the Holy Spirit,in my prayer closet, alone open hearted and talking and having communion with Him! He alone knows all, sees all and everyone,He is NOT limited as we are! He is mighty, powerful, and His love and compassion knows NO end!

That is an awesome video, I didn't think I was going to need tissues though. I have a new respect for Selena Gomez, her message is certainly heartfelt and I know she is reaching millions as are the others.
What keeps me going is the realization and thankfulness of why I am even here. God chose me, and all of us here, to be His children. Being He is the great and perfect Father prompts me to want to please Him by sharing my 'gifts' with others. In our imperfect state we have the mind of Christ and can shine as lights in this world.
Sometimes it's praying for others, giving a compliment to someone that just might make them smile, my 'fish' emblem on my car, and mainly presenting myself as an Ambassador of Christ and God's kingdom.
I pray God blesses you there in Germany and you have blest me today with that amazing video!

I think this is a great post, and a great response.

It makes me think of the exchange between Jesus and Peter after many of the "followers" turned away.
John 6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
John 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

Peter is saying, essentially, "You're the only game in town. The choice is YOU, or a BUNCH OF NOTHING."

I know that's how I feel.

I'm sure that's how most of us feel.

.

Yeah, I also was inspired by her testimony! It seems to be very honest and you can feel her struggle with being in show-buiss! Love to see her still praising God and feeling fulfills through him and not because of her influence as a celebrity!
