O God, heavenly Father, who by thy Son Jesus Christ
hast promised to all those who seek thy kingdom and its
righteousness all things necessary to sustain their life: Send
us, we entreat thee, in this time of need, such moderate rain
and showers, that we may receive the fruits of the earth, to
our comfort and to thy honor; through Jesus Christ our
Lord. Amen

We too down under are praying for rain. Some parts of the state I live in are desperately dry, and we haven't had that much in the city areas so far either. It's also getting into summer now and it's been very hot today, with no hint of rain. We as a race on earth, all need to learn to conserve water too and not waste so much.
My prayer for all of us: Lord, please bless our wonderful country and our earth with nourishing rain, and all the other things needed to sustain us. Amen.
