It feels a little silly to bring my problem here but I decided I will look everywhere.
I studied graphic design and illustration, and worked in a bookstore for 5 years. After finishing my studies I've decided to leave the bookstore and find a job in graphic design or illustration. It has not been easy at all, and I was told by a lady in our congregation to look for Christian Organizations. I've been looking and decided to ask here too.
I live in Israel.
Any suggestion would be a lot of help.

The graphic design industry seems pretty crammed full. I considered it myself, but was amazed how many people i met that had tried it. Not to say it's impossible, people are doing it, but to be safe you'll want to plan on taking a while to land anything solid.
But free lance is also an option. Using a site like Fiverr may help you make a Little money, and get some practice in the mean time.
As far as such organizations, i've never been big on that, so i can't think of many. And those i do know i'm blanking on the names. But others here will have plenty of recommendations.

Oh yeah I'm trying to do it freelance as well. And you're right, it's exhausting trying to work with it.

Hi XrisSimo, I suspect that location is a factor that might make your quest more challenging... After a quick search online, there does appear to be some opportunities (not sure of the prospects where you are). The Hallmark one looks interesting...

Well the only one I know of is focus on the family. That's I be willing to marginally recommend.

You'd be drawing their graphics though, and I can't really state that I 100% agree with them...but check it out. I'm not giving them a thumbs down or anything. There are plenty of good things they do, it's just a bit more humanistic than I am willing to engage myself personally at this time. I have been quite blessed by them in the past though.

Plenty of illustrations in children's bibles that you could most likely get on board with. There's probably a plethora of children's ministries that can use people of different talent levels. I'm not saying that to belittle anyone's gifts btw.

Just that I see no reason why that is not an excellent place to get one's foot in the door :)
