We can be assured that if we read the Bible daily, Satan will steer clear of us and not affect our relations with others.
Or will that very complacency allow Satan in? Spiritual pride. Satan used the Pharisee.
Christian arrogance is the ugliest of all arrogances imo. Because of its hypocrisy.
We need to be on guard.

We are indwelt by Holy Spirit God and we wear His armor as those regenerated in the name of Christ. Satan cannot enter in nor use us for his will.
I think that is one of the greatest truths and tools that allow us to discern true from fake.
A pastor I know who substituted for our usual Bible study leader who was having surgery gave us a great insight into dark matter. Not the kind in Physics, which as an aside is said to exist in over 90% of the universe, but rather the dark matter of the lost who assume the guise as one of us and seek to disrupt the peace.
We'd had someone like that as a guest in the last Bible study before our usual teacher took their leave for health reasons. What a nightmare.
Right off the bat the sub said this. Of course the adversary of the peace of our Lord seeks to cause trouble everywhere they go. The Devil knows he cannot assail the saint so instead he persuades the damned to act the part and generate a spirit of upset and discord among the saints gathered.
It is pitiful indeed and yet to be expected because their master knows his time is short.
Pray for them, evict them, and whatever you do, do not ignore the rotten fruit they cast before you so that you know they are not in Christ but are instead opposed to all that is Christ.

He emailed us a gorgeous art work with that advice printed on it after the class. It's on my desktop as its wallpaper to this day.

I hope it helps others as it helped us.
Our regular Bible leader sailed through their surgery and are in very good health today. Just as an update since I mentioned her.

One good thing about having lived most of your life as dedicated sinner is that you understand the enemy well and how he operates. Now that I'm fully cloaked in the armour of God, I have no fear of falling for satan's old tricks. A1DA9537-EC6F-4CD1-BE5C-A3A511960CCF.jpeg

Those of us who are indwelt by the Holy Spirit are guarded against being used by satan.. Those who are not indwelt by the Holy Spirit do not have the ability to be on guard .. They are already under the control of satan because they are disbelieving the Gospel truth of Jesus and are following the traditons of other men who are also under the control of satan.

Ephesians 2: KJV
1 "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; {2} Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:"

if God has no sense of humour, then Im happy to represent satan...by the way..... but I think God prefers cheerful humour. Mine tends to be sarcastic and cynical at times which is closer to the devil's.
We are mostly a mixture of Satan and God from minute to minute......when we think we are perfect ambassadors for God is the very time we are not.

Now ive confused you all. Look out! I'm satan in disguise!!

It’s rather refreshing to visit a Christian chat site where one can see and take part in threads who’s titles are positive in nature. Seeing God, Jesus‘s name, love, peace and things of beauty are so much better in every sense than continually seeing threads whose titles have the enemy‘s name and other ugly components to them.

Satan is not Omnipresent, therefore he can only deal with one person at a time. Our flesh (Gal 5) is enough to get us in trouble.

Im in a better brighter mood today. Satan is losing already. He is more effective when I am worn out and confused.
