At times I thought God was just a dream
Something to think about and wonder
About but never seen or heard aloud
Was He a lost face in the crowd that only
The chosen could be worthy enough to know
Then one day when I had given up and said
He is not for me and I won't bother He won't care.
Oblivious to anything I lay on the flowery field one
Day; in the breeze a voice came my way. I could
not hold myself together beyond an ethereal dream
I fell into God's arms and He asked me "Where have
you been".

Thanks for sharing another great poem, I know God is with me even at times when I don't realize it.
