He Who Believes In Me Has Eternal Life,

So Jesus puts that in the present so that we know we have

it here and now. So that refers to the quality of life that we
have when we accept Jesus and follow Him every day. It
is not something illusive that we might find one day or
something we might earn one day, directly it means today.
At the same time it means we need to believe today, here
and now. For us, Christianity becomes a lifestyle everyday.
This is not to please God; but it will. but it is so our lives can
be lived in an abundantly powerful joy. That is why Jesus
came and that is to conquer death. Previous to the risen
Lord, we had nowhere to go; just to live and then die.
Now we have a life that makes the promise of eternity.
So what are we waiting for. Lord, your will and not mine be
done.
