"Whew, that was close!" He thinks. "Why oh why do they keep disappearing, leaving me to find them and save them?" he thinks as he switches on the high power flashlight. Suddenly, as if being chased and fleeing for their very lifes, bats come flooding at him!
He ducks and let's them fly to find other places to sleep until their night flight.
He walks down into the cavern, the beam of light back and forth like a window into the darkness. Knowing his C.C. friends have to be down there and needing his help, walks on and takes in his surroundings so that he may not miss a clue, much to the dismay of the slug that the light stopped on momentarily. Suddenly , he hears a loud growl ahead!
Squinting, , then re focusing his eyes, he reaches for his Bowie knife. He removes it, sliding it out of its home, and welds it with the purpose of not coming out of here without his friends. He takes a a deep breathe, and begins at a slow run toward the direction of the creature that may be standing in between he and they. He let's out a battle cry that , as it echoes down the cavern, it intensifies, reaching the level of strengh as to amplify and sounding as if a hundred warriors with resolve were headed toward the angry creature! The creature's feet announced it before he saw its hideous head come into view. It was at a run now too and headed for him. Then he saw it, the head of the the beast he would have to slay in order to continue down that narrow passage...

<<<walks into the Thread, looks around, closes the blinds and shuts off lights so as not to waste electricity and closes the door (does not lock it incase anybody forgets their key or a new person who does not have a key wants to come in)...

There is some reading above in the not to far back thread before u entered, which was lead me to shut off the lights and close the door.

well, I'm trying to ..... it's a rare time the notice thingy alerts to stuff, though I still think it's missing a lot of alerts...….

Was not in the dark, I closed up shop cause no one was here so went to do other things.
It was like a Ghostown on the normal (if you can call them that😄) threads I frequent. Ooo, I see the beginning of my next novella😄.

Hey, if ur getting any alerts at all, ur doing better than I. I haven't gotton an alert in at least two weeks. If the alerts were smoke alarms and I were depending on them to save my life, let's just saying I might be talking to talking to Jesus in person, like face to face...you know what I mean, right now😄

Well...I have to log in to get them. I am used to checking if there is an email that flags me to log in. So ya, kinda just not the same way. Even then sometimes that's a Negatory there Ghostrider.
