Can we choose the clothes for God to wear?

If God doesn’t add up to our beliefs will we be able to accept Him?
If He doesn’t say the words the way we want or expect of Him, could He be God still?
Would it be any different now than when God’s People were killed and carried off into slavery?
Would we be able to drop our lifestyles and be able to follow Him, or would we look back?
How attached to the world have we become?

The BIBLE says LOVE not the world, 1 John 2:15If any man love the world the love of the father is not in him.
