BERNIE 2020 (Text I received)

This is the actual Text conversation I just had with a Bernie Sanders supporter. Thought it would be interesting for people to read, and wonder if they have received the same, or a similar Text.

Hi Paul! It's Allison with Bernie 2020. Bernie Sanders isn't like most politicians. He says what he means and means what he says, and has always stood with working Americans. That's why he won in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada, and that's why he'll beat Trump. Are you in for Bernie?


I am fully committed to defeating Socialism. As a Vet I stand against all who threaten our Democratic Republic. Sanders is an embarrassment to ALL who have fought, bled and died to secure our Constitution and our freedoms.

Ok, I understand. Do you mind telling me who you plan on supporting?

There is not a qualified Candidate running for President. That includes Trump. I will "write in" Duncan Hunter of California. Duncan the Younger...

Thank you for sharing! I know that Bernie's opponents throw that term around a lot. To clarify, Bernie describes himself as a democratic socialist, which means that he supports basic economic rights for all Americans, including affordable universal healthcare for all, tuition-free higher education, a living wage, and a secure retirement. A democratic socialist is not a Marxist socialist or a communist. A democratic socialist is still a capitalist, just one who seeks to restrain the self-destructive excesses of capitalism and channel government's use of our tax money into creating opportunities for everyone. Democratic socialists believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically to meet human needs, not simply to make profits for a greedy few. Democratic Socialist is a smoke screen. Sanders makes the same false claims in ALL his speeches. That he will give FREE Health Care, Housing, College Educations to ALL Americans. Only the truly naive could believe him. NOTHING is free. Someone will pay the Bill. This Entitlement Society he espouses is a cancer to our Nations economic security. Like other Socialists in Congress, Sanders is fine with giving away other people's money. IF these people want to have an ounce of credibility, let them liquidate ALL their personnel Assets and give the funds to the Federal Treasury. There is not ONE example of a successful Socialist Government in ALL of History. Sadly, the American Socialist Party controls our Institutions of Education, and they daily indoctrinate our youth in the "joys of Socialism."

To be clear, Sanders is just the 1st step in the overthrow of our Republic. He is not alone. There are many in Congress, and across the Nation who also seek to turn us into the United Socialist Stares of America. Our Constitution affords them the right to free speech...but the core of our peoples will never allow it to happen.

I've not received a text like that. Then again, I don't share my cell number to the Voter Registration office here, or elsewhere as a contact. Too much of our personal information is sold about already. I don't need any more texts than what already arrive on my phone. Or, voice mails. Including one that was in Chinese. How the heck does that happen? I don't even speak Chinese.

Bernie Sanders is a shame. He espouses Socialism for the 99% of American's while he's a multimillionaire who owns three houses and brags he visited Soviet Russia on his honeymoon. If he's so all fired fond of Socialism and Communist states he should be made to live in one. I'd suggest Venezuela. Seize Bern's bank accounts and distribute his wealth to the poor here. Seize his houses and turn them into shelters for the homeless, one house for homeless single mothers, and the third house for homeless veterans. Support all three with the seized monies in Bern's bank accounts.

Live the speeching Bernie! Get out and move to a Socialist country. Don't think to make America one.

After living with Trudeau for 4 1/2 years as a useless UN appointed socialist dictator, I would beg all Americans to think before the vote for Sanders.

He made a lot of false statements about Canadian health care. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with our system, but Bernie thinks it is some kind perfect system with no one paying for it.

The man knows nothing about anything. Like Trudeau, he is a big fan of communist dictators. Trudeau has brought Canada to its knees. We are over 3 weeks in a fake blockade by mostly American eco-terrorists, paid for by Soros and Rockefeller. They have shut down roads, bridges and railways.

Joe Biden has obvious signs of dementia, not someone to vote for. Once again, the Dems have failed to put forward a decent candidate, IMO, as an outsider, but who is experiencing the worst Prime Minister in the history of Canada! Don't make that mistake!

If elected, Bernie Sanders would crush American families with bloated bureaucracy, explode the national debt, and drastically raise taxes on middle class Americans.

Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Brian Riedl has calculated that all of Sanders’s proposals could cost up to a staggering $97.5 trillion over the next decade, and total government spending would bloat to 70 percent of GDP. The ten-year budget deficit would be nearly $90 trillion, and the government would employ nearly half of all Americans.

Sanders would fund his radical proposals by raising taxes on you and everyone you know. Sanders has openly admitted that he wants to raise taxes on all Americans making more than $29,000 per year, and has bizarrely claimed that people would be “delighted to pay more in taxes.”

The Sanders campaign has promised to repeal the Trump tax cuts, which would raise taxes on Americans in every state and Congressional district. Sanders has also pledged to “absolutely” raise the corporate rate from 21 to the Obama-era 35 percent, which would decimate economic growth and give the U.S. the highest corporate rate in the developed world.

Following avowed socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Sanders would impose a 70 percent top tax bracket for ordinary income and capital gains income. This would give America the highest income tax rate in the world. According to the Tax Foundation, a top 70 percent rate for ordinary income and capital gains income above $10 million would actually cost the government $63.5 billion because the proposal suppresses investment and economic growth.

Sanders wouldn’t just raise taxes on the living. Sanders proposes raising the death tax rate to 77 percent. Under the proposal, the death tax would kick in at $3.5 million with a rate of 45 percent. This proposal will increase taxes by $315 billion over ten years.
In his own words, Sanders also believes “billionaires should not exist,” and proposes a new wealth tax designed to eliminate wealthy Americans within a decade. The Sanders wealth tax kicks in at $32 million in assets and has a top rate of 8 percent. This tax would be calculated to include the value of individuals’ 401ks, homes, savings, and other assets.

Workers and employers aren’t spared from the Sanders obsession with tax hikes. Sanders wants to impose a new 4 percent payroll tax on employees and a new 7 percent payroll tax on employers. According to Sanders’s estimates, this would increase taxes on American families and individuals by $3.9 trillion and $3.5 trillion respectively. Sanders would require business owners to report more of their business income as salary, increasing the amount of self-employment tax owed. This would increase taxes by $247 billion over ten years.

Unfortunately it is legal. The current FCC rules are that a real person must press send and that's it.

The is no convenient way around this at present.


Some prefer it. Some are outraged. Currently the law allows for it, expect it to continue and make necessary arrangements. I don't much care for it myself.

Not that hard. What we (the people) really need is a Group who Identifies those that gather the Personal Information of Citizens, and then sells that Information to such Groups that call us, email us, etc......... Give us THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION so we can call THEM!

If it is legal for them to do it to us, how can it not be legal for us to do it to them?

Not just the names of Corporations/Businesses and such, but the names of the INDIVIDUALS who are actually responsible for selling/purchasing our personal information............ I really wanna spend my evenings interrupting their Dinner time.
