Hello @andrealyn84, first off, welcome to CChat :)

There are lots of people who are willing to talk around this place, so just begin whenever you'd like to and we'll join in (you may have already noticed, we have different boards for different topics, just FYI).

God bless you!

1 Thessalonian 5
23 May the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body
be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.

I don’t even know where to begin honestly. I’m married and I have a 3 1/2 year with my husband. My husband has a five year old with a different woman. We’ve been together for over 6 years and married for almost 1
Year. My husband used to be a teacher and left that to become a financial representative. It was only commission based. It did not go well. We’re living at my father’s house, as we got evicted from our apartment. My husband is now working at Walmart as a shift supervisor. I have no idea how to feel or what to do. I am trying my best to be supportive. that isn’t even the icing on the cake. Ugh!

Wow, sorry to hear about all that you are struggling with right now (especially since you said that it is just the icing on the cake ). This sounds like a topic for discussion on this forum https://christianchat.com/christian-family-forum/ , as well for our prayer forum https://christianchat.com/prayer-requests/

Praying for you.

Talking is therapeutic , so just jump in and get started everyone will help you to sort it out as you go. No one is without trouble of some kind, and experience & wisdom can be very helpful, we are to bear one anothers burdens. None of us are an island, we are family.

Hi Andrea, the Family forum is the best place for you to post about what you're going through. You'll get more coverage there. :)

Give each other the support you are called to do for this is pleasing to the Lord. Pray to God from the depths of your soul, for He already knows your struggles and has it worked out. You just need to ask. Always be thankful for what you have been given. God bless!

I am so lost. I have so much To talk about and not enough time.
I am so glad you are a Christian. That means that when all is said and done, things will be OK. We love you and Jesus loves you even more. He has a special house that is all ready for you to live in. I will come and visit you there very soon. Welcome and God bless you dear Andrea.:)

Your post makes me think of the thief on the Cross. He had very little time, but He made very good use of it.

Luke 23
23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.
23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Hi and welcome to CC. I heard a quote the other day that was 'Every trial/challenge should build our Faith as we go through it'.
Find Scriptures on marriage and speak them out loud daily, God honors His Word. Also, check the Ladie's Forum out here and God bless you and your family andrealyn84 :)!

Hey andrealyn84. Peace and love from New Zealand. Jesus wants you to follow your heart. And in the words of Tony Horton, "Do your best and forget the rest!"
