  • “Also when I cry and shout, he shuts out my prayer. He has enclosed my ways with hewn stone, he has made my paths crooked.” (Lamentations 3.8-9).

If the things aren’t get right, don’t think that Jesus is shutting out your prayer. There is no lack to them that fear Him (Psalms 34.9). If your way is closed, it’s doable that the angel of the LORD is camping round about you and delivering you from terrible choice that you aren’t able to see.

We need to learn to be humble, that is to say, to take in how to transform the strait gate and the narrow way in a large and capacious New Jerusalem (Revelation 21).

We don’t need to look forward to getting the net of the evil men: the root of the righteous yields its own fruit (Proverbs 12.12). And can be sure: this fruit is a good gift, inasmuch as it comes from the Father of lights, in whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1.16,17).

So, humble yourself under the mighty hand of Jesus (1Peter 5.6) and you will see that, this place that, previously, seemed so little, is much bigger than you could ever imagine, a perfect place to experience precious days.
