I love how Yeshua means Yahweh in a couple different ways, (Yahweh's Salvation) is my favorite.

What is the name of the Father
not 100% sure on the true name, im just a commoner.

Exodus 20:7
“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.

Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.

but i think its safe to say the the Most High does in fact have a name.

Even though they have 2 different functions as God, it's really awesome how their names can be interchangeable.

Or better....Yahweh Yeshua translates "I am salvation"
You want to know another cool "Father and son" gem?
Take a look at John 15:1, “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.”
Now look at Psalm 149:4 “For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.”
"beautify" can be translated "to go over the branches"......salvation=Yeshua....now read it again:

"The Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will go over the branches with Yeshua"

The Father (Vinedresser) and the Son (Vine) work together in pruning the branchs (us).

the issue is as you know Greek was the language of Roman who had been controlling that region many years The greek language was what the Septuagint was written in and we do know That Jesus read from it. Also that HE most likely did speak Aramaic yet understood Greek too. The Greek speaking Jewish was the norm at this time due to the many years they were in exile. how many generation were under the rule of another where the language was not kept? To suggest the Book of Matthew was write-in Hebrew when the manuscripts are in Greek. That is a hard one to take just saying I'm open to evidence
The Torah was written in Hebrew and some of the latter books in Aramaic. The Jews of the time was usually fluent in both Hebrew and whatever language they were dealing with. Hebrew for them was and always will be their first love and that is why even today they teach their children in Hebrew. Yeshua, being a Jew was taught in Hebrew and they red the scriptures in Hebrew, not Greek.

The first three books of the NT was most likely also written in Hebrew first before it was translated into Greek.

God is a family but unlike human families each member has always existed. In a human family you might have a Father a Mother and a son. Lets say each has the last name of Smith. The Father is John Smith the Mother is Jane Smith and the Son is James Smith. Seen together they are the Smith Family but each individual seen separately is known by their individual names.

So there are not three separate Gods but one family known collectively as God. That's how Jesus could pray to the Father and yet still be
fully God. The idea of three persons that have always existed is beyond our comprehension.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
Where was Thomas when Jesus first appeared unto the disciples and showed them his hands and his side?

Blessed are those who believe without seeing.
So faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God, then do those who believe the Bible is the word of God have faith since hope that is seen is not hope?

Thomas came around.

I don't accept your premise.

I'm bowing out.

Not really, as Jesus said, "to him who canst believe, all things are possible".

Do you believe that three persons could have always existed is possible? If you do then how can you say that the idea was beyond our comprehension since it obviously isn't beyond yours, that is if you believe it is possible.

IMO, once a person recognizes the reality of the mortal nature it would seem that the concept of an eternal nature would be naturally perceivable to the imagination.

Thomas came around.
Yeah, eight days after the first appearance.

I don't accept your premise.
Where was Thomas when Jesus first appeared unto the disciples and showed them his hands and his side?
Let's hope it is my premise. But to the premise that Thomas wasn't present when Jesus appeared unto all the other disciples his Crucifixion. Let's the scriptures give the premise;

18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her. 19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.
John 20:18-20

But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
John 20:24

And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
John 20:26

I wouldn't lay my bow down now, you might get a lucky arrow through.

"But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him, and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him."
1 Corinthians 8:16

Sadly, the church of Christ is divided by this doctrine. Brothers, if you don't study scripture, then you risk being tossed to and fro by all sorts of answers found in the internet. At a minimum, we Christians should read the new testament, that there be no divisions among ourselves, but that we may all be of one mind, one judgement.
Hello,

"Hashem Echad" God is One!

The Hebrew word Echad translates One. However, echad/one, means UNITY not SINGULARITY.

Echad examples: Deut 6:4, Gen 2:24 echad speaks about the husband & wife being ONE flesh. Husband & wife aren't a singular being. When joined they are in unity with each other.

There is another Hebrew word, YACHID, this word means ABSOLUTE SINGULARITY. Yachid is never used as a reference to God.

Gen 1:1 BRESHEET BARA ELOHIM = In the beginning God created. The word God is Elohim. Any Hebrew noun ending in "im" is plural.

Gen 1:26 And God said, Let "us" make man in "our" image. Parsing vs 26: And "Elohim/God said" (not god's) Let "us" (not me or I) make man in "our" image

Gen 11:
7 Let "us" go down, & there confound their language

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, & who will go for "us"? Then said I, Here am I; send me (Isa 6:8 48:16 & 61:1)

In these 3 passages, the plural pronoun for 'Us' is used. That 'Elohim' & 'us' refers to more than TWO is without question. In English, you only have two forms: singular & plural

In Hebrew, you have three forms: singular, dual & plural. Dual is for TWO only. In Hebrew, the dual form is used for things that come in pairs example: eyes, ears, & hands & the pronoun 'us' are plural forms. Definitely more than 2 & must be referring to 3 or more. Father, Son, & Holy Spirit!

Holy Spirit, was also an agent in creation (Gen 1:2)

Since the Hebrew word for “spirit” is often translated as “wind” or “breath,” we can see the activity of all three persons of the "Godhead" in one verse: By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth” (Ps 33:6)

What you did and me saying it is NOT an attack.
Walking on eggshells is too tedious for me.

im not aware of any translation that says Jesus created all things.

what doctrine of mine are you referring to?

thats what you sound like

i never said i knew all things, you threw an idea out there and i tested it. if i had a belief i believed to be true i would want it tested to determine how reliable it is.

Amazing that you can not address the verses I posted or answer a basic kindergarten question.
