Thank you for your prayers but i do feel like i was deceieved this past year..its a long story but i thought God was speaking to me and sometimes now i realize it wasnt God. You onow where it says God himself will send them a spirit of delusion so that they might believe a lie..thats what i feel happened to me
Hi Jenni.
I have always been interested in this topic of God speaking to people or how someone knows if God is speaking to them.

As to you and the others who feel rejected by God, you can see from the following scripture that God understands that we are weak and desperately in need of Him.

1Corinthians 1:26 Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 29 so that no one may boast before him. (NIV version)

According to the above scripture, God calls the things that are foolish. So you've done something foolish. Repent, tell God you're sorry. Ask for His forgiveness. And He will not reject you.

Now that you realise you were wrong, and that you had not heard from God, you are now an expert in that area. Who better to warn people from making that foolish mistake than you?

Think about what you have learned from what you have gone through and share it with others.

If your heart was trully hardened you would not be coming into a Christian forum and posting as you are posting..
Right. The ones who are hardened don't care anymore, and some have become atheists. And they go about trying to persuade others from following God. They become a messenger of Satan.

Why is your time up? Do you believe that God is so angry with you He is going to kill you?

Hello Jenni, i can relate what you're going through right now because I've been there too. i thought God was really mad at me that he would never forgive me because of the challenges i was facing in life but that was all a lie from the enemy and self condemnation.
On the cross of Calvary, Jesus cried out, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” so that you and I will never be forsaken by God. A divine exchange took place. Jesus took our sins and gave up the presence of God, while we took Jesus’ righteousness and received the presence of God that Jesus had. God’s presence is now ours for eternity!

When God said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5), a “double negative” is used to convey the strongest sense of “never” possible in the Greek language. The Greek words ou me are used, which in essence mean, “never never” or “never ever.” And this double negative appears twice in this one statement from the Lord—ou me is used for both “never” and “nor.” In other words, God is saying, “I will never never leave you and I will never never forsake you!” The Amplified Bible brings out the strength of what God really meant.

My friend, settle it in your heart once and for all—God will never leave you! He will never forsake you! And if you hear anyone telling you that you can forfeit the presence of God, stop listening. Don’t let that person rob you of the certainty of God’s presence in your life. When God says “never ever,” He means “never ever,” and our God cannot lie! This means that Jesus, your peace, provision and wisdom, is always with you. Believe it, practice His presence and see good success!

A good read from Scripture is the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32. It has been an encouragement to me.

Actually if God decided to get angry and killed us off, not one of us would be left standing.

So that thought that you have is not accurate.

You are believing in lies.

But didn't you say you believed in something that was not true? That's what got you to this place, right?

So you have to change your mind about what you're thinking.

Look at all the murders, rapist and all other evil that people do, and they are in prison for it. Has God killed them? No He has not. And some of them became saved in prison. And you think He won't forgive you?

You can't pay attention to your feelings. Feelings aren't always right. Pay attention to what the scripture says.

Yes please read the story of the prodigal son. And trust what God says. Not your feelings or what you think.

Six years ago, I was in the same boat. I’m still here...
Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you, will complete it (phil. 1:6)
Also, thank you for your honesty, it’s rare

Sorry, should have put the full verse:- being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;

What do you do if God has showed you that he has already rejected you?? I feel hopeless like theres no more hope left..i am scared that i am going to die and go to hell soon
Hi Jenni, welcome to CC.

First of all, God does not show one that they are rejected. This is what the enemy wants you to feel because you are precious to God. I urge you to pray to God to give you peace and direction. I will pray for you too ❤️

Is it ok to sin?
This is just the N/T
John 5:14
Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”
John 8:11
She said, “No one, Lord.”
And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
Matthew 5:48
“Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.”
1 John 3:8
He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
Romans 6:12-14

“Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.”
Romans 8:12-13
“Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”
1 Corinthians 15:34
“Awake to righteousness, and do not sin.”
2 Corinthians 2:14
“Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”
Colossians 3:5
“Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.”
Hebrews 2:17-18
“Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.”
Hebrews 4:15-16
“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
1 Peter 2:21-22
“For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: ‘Who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth.’”
1 Peter 4:1-2
“Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.”
2 Peter 1:10
“Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble.”
1 John 3:3
“And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.”
1 John 3:6-7
“Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.”
Revelation 3:21
“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”

I have good news for you dear, God doesn't work that way;

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Satan does;

1 Peter 5
5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].
5:11 To him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Just talk to the Lord now. He is waiting for you. He loves you, and so do we. We will be praying for you and with you. God bless you, dear Jenni.

Hi and welcome. I can see your in good hands here so I'll just add that unless you blasphemed the Holy Spirit, you are in the same boat as the rest of us. 'ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God', and that's we have our Savior Jesus. God bless you!
