Sec. 310.548 Drug products containing colloidal silver ingredients or silver salts offered over-the-counter (OTC) for the treatment and/or prevention of disease.

(a) Colloidal silver ingredients and silver salts have been marketed in over-the-counter (OTC) drug products for the treatment and prevention of numerous disease conditions. There are serious and complicating aspects to many of the diseases these silver ingredients purport to treat or prevent. Further, there is a lack of adequate data to establish general recognition of the safety and effectiveness of colloidal silver ingredients or silver salts for OTC use in the treatment or prevention of any disease. These ingredients and salts include, but are not limited to, silver proteins, mild silver protein, strong silver protein, silver, silver ion, silver chloride, silver cyanide, silver iodide, silver oxide, and silver phosphate.
(b) Any OTC drug product containing colloidal silver ingredients or silver salts that is labeled, represented, or promoted for the treatment and/or prevention of any disease is regarded as a new drug within the meaning of section 201(p) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act) for which an approved application or abbreviated application under section 505 of the act and part 314 of this chapter is required for marketing. In the absence of an approved new drug application or abbreviated new drug application, such product is also misbranded under section 502 of the act.
(c) Clinical investigations designed to obtain evidence that any drug product containing colloidal silver or silver salts labeled, represented, or promoted for any OTC drug use is safe and effective for the purpose intended must comply with the requirements and procedures governing the use of investigational new drugs as set forth in part 312 of this chapter.
(d) After September 16, 1999, any such OTC drug product containing colloidal silver or silver salts initially introduced or initially delivered for introduction into interstate commerce that is not in compliance with this section is subject to regulatory action.

The ADRAC cautions that with the exception of registered topical silver preparations, there is no evidence to support the safety or efficacy of silver regardless of its form or method of manufacture; and that silver has no known nutritional benefit and its well-defined toxicity can occur with all forms of the metal, including silver salts and colloids. Argyria is the main toxicity associated with chronic ingestion or topical absorption of silver, including colloidal forms of silver. It is characterized by an irreversible, generalized blue-grey discoloration of the subepithelial layer of skin. Later, the entire skin, deep tissues, mucous membranes, nails, conjunctiva, cornea, and lens may be affected. Argyria discolouration may be misdiagnosed as cyanosis, methaemoglobinaemia or haemochromatosis. Other toxicities associated with ingested silver may include peripheral neuropathies, seizures, and haematological, cardiac, hepatic and nephrotoxic derangements. Silver deactivates bacteria. That's why it's useful on wounds. Think of it as the ultimate antibiotic, although I don't think it carries the side effects of antibiotics. Less informed (let's be kind) people who take too much of any drug, whether it be silver or antibiotics, should expect complications. To be honest, if the worst that happens from overdosing on silver is that you turn blue and after many years of abuse, die of a stroke or heart attack, it's far safer than most (possibly all) other antibiotics.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has been making headlines lately, and that’s due to the fact that the world is dealing with COVID-19. It’s also in large part due to the fact that President Donald Trump recently halted all funding to the WHO from the US. He accused the organization of “severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of the coronavirus.” This implies, in my opinion, that they were covering up the spread based on the fact they (the WHO) would somehow profit, financially and politically from the pandemic.

Wikileaks recently posted about the WHO on their social media accounts, and they did so in the form of confidential documents they released nearly a decade ago highlighting the influence that big pharmaceutical companies have over the WHO. As Wikileaks states,

The relationship between the WHO and pharmaceutical companies isn’t really highlighted in the mainstream at all, and therefore it’s off the radar and not on the minds of the masses. We see the same type of thing when it comes to ‘big pharma’ and its relationship between our federal health regulatory agencies. The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (H.R. 748),[1] also known as the CARES Act,[2] is a law meant to address the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. In its original form, it was introduced in the United States Congress as H.R. 748 (Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019) by Joe Courtney (D-CT) on January 24, 2019[a] although the bill was amended before it was passed.

This virus was a legitimate problem. Yes the lack of facts, information and flawed prediction models gave off more fear than needed. It was quite evident just from examining China and Europe that the extremely contagious virus was stressing the healthcare systems. We knew we had to plan for that and slow the curve. We had to address the potential problem. The majority of us wanted to ease on precaution.

But unfortunately some people in some states voted for people who in the first opportunity would love to be a totalitarian. In a sense they getting what they voted for.

In a state like mine we had guidelines but nothing extreme. My state is now starting to slowly open back up. Churches are starting to open.

We slowed the curve but now we are seeing meat shortages, businesses failing, the affects of job loss, which also affects people's healthcare, economic turmoil, abuse at home on the rise, mental health issues on the rise and these are the beginning signs that we have a unfortunate choice.

This all carries it's own disturbing consequences that can bring death too.

Are we going to continue lockdown measures and it takes the population forever to grow antibodies? The death will be slow related to the virus but the economy will be destroyed for decades.

How long can we wait for a vaccine? Our President is saying it will possibly be ready by the end of the year. But what if it fails or takes longer?

What if we open back up in the next few weeks and we see a death rise that over loads the system?

We know the majority of cases do not end in death or see the hospital.

Many people are asymptomatic or minor symptoms. Mostly those under 60.

If we open with guidelines only on the most vulnerable then we possibly can save lives and the economy.

As for losing freedoms. I'm happy that General A Barr is stepping in. But ultimately if people dont want to lose liberties then they got stop voting for atheistic socialist communists who hate America or atleast the traditional America that protected liberty for centuries.

Also many was thinking this was or is a biological weapon. No one knew how deadly or if more outbreaks with other biological weapons would be released. This is still a serious threat. The next one could be extremely worse.
