Jesus spoke about the kingdom of heaven among men, that it is in their midst, they can grasp it, it is at hand.

Paul , who testifies of Jesus' teaching in his gospel to the nations instructed to "strengthen the weak knees and lift up the shoulders so that they don't go out of place but in."
Jesus' yoke is easy, it's to worship and serve only God, healing and bringing the kingdom to others leading to repentance and forgiveness in obedience to God's commandments.
Unless we are like a child we will never enter it, and unless we are holier than the religious teachers we will never enter it.
We enter with many persecutions and troubles, but remember the yoke is easy, the work is easy, but the way to life hard.
I'm in a park repenting and strengthening, it's not the strengthening of the past, but rather in my weakness like a child assisting my own body to move gently that which is weak in the body is becoming a framework.
The only work God requires is that we believe who he sent, all who are burdened take his yoke, it's easy and he's gentle. Be like a child and repent, otherwise everyone's going to die. Love the God of Earth and heaven, soul and sea, mind and heart, angels of heaven and God of all Good, with everything we got, including the new weak parts.

Laying hands on yourself to heal can even reveal how to heal others.
Love God, speak only Good, clean the inside, change and repent, build the kingdom.
The kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls that when he finds one of great value he sells all that he has for that one pearl of great value.
It's like a treasure a man finds in a field, and covers up, then Goes and sells all that he has to buy that field.
Lay up treasures in heaven not on Earth, work for God and the eternal life food, but don't throw your pearls to pigs, or the holy things to dogs. They'll scatter the pearls and turn to attack you.
So if you can't be trusted with little things like money to work for God, the gentle exercise to love God and be like a child in repentance lifting your weak parts and growing again, whose gonna give you heavenly treasure?
