I also recall God telling Moses that he would destroy all the congregation, and make of Moses a great nation (Exodus 32:10).

Salvation is instantaneous, we come as we are, wretched sinners. AFTER salvation, we are required to die to the old ways and begin to WORK OUT our own salvation with fear and trembling. It is not over when converted, that is the START LINE for the believer who has been born again. Hearers and doers are what is required AFTER salvation, with the instruction and help from the Spirit, according to the Word. To be born again and saved, but to do nothing afterward, is like a new born baby that never grows up. We are not saved to sit and do nothing afterward, but to mature in our salvation, bear fruit, and mature as children of God, in the doing of righteousness.

Not an assembly that would be out in the open.

God reserved to himself 7,000 men in Elijah's day. But Elijah was the only one out in the open, being sent from God to rebuke the false leaders.

Hahahhahhahahhahaha now this joker is compating himself to Elijah.....wow man...get some serious help or lay off the juice!

Micaiah-imla's is getting deeper, and deeper into FALSE BELIEF.
He is as as false as they come and as deceived as the followers of jim Jones were....Openly admitting sin, claims all churches are wrong and false BUT HE IS RIGHTEOUS and has the truth....A lot of "I's" in his dogma!

Of course not. Just making a point.

The true church does not have a sign out front with an identifying sectarian name.
You testify by your own stance you are in sin and not saved....Trampling Jesus, counting the blood of Christ a common ordinary base thing and claiming to be the only one right......not looking good for you pal!

I have not made up my own mind.

I have these apostles, prophets, pastors and teachers, that have enabled me to be renewed in the spirit of my mind according to the word of God.

Their names are:

Paul
Peter
John
Jude
Moses
Jeremiah
Ezekiel...etc.

You get the point.

I have the entire Bible.

Thank God we have the New Testament preserved for men in these last days.
Try repenting of your wilful sin, acknowledge Jesus with biblical faith and then employ contextual honesty to the scriptures...

What exactly does Hebrews say about a man that forsakes assembling together as the manner of some is again?

Go ahead...tell us!

This is why I read and obey the word of God.

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake (Psalm 23:3).
No you don't.....you openly admitted that you do not assemble in church capacity....now you are being dishonest in the opening line.....Forsaking assembling = wilful sin, tramples Jesus, counts the blood of Christ a common ordinary base thing.

Make no mistake....you are not right with God!

Even if I am not posting here I am following the thread… sometimes. The thing is we can’t be plucked out of God’s hand but God give us choices to make. Just like with Israel they became His bride, and He said; “nothing can pluck you out of my hand; and I will never leave you or forsake you.”

So if we are obedient He will never forsake us, but He will divorce us if we so choose, that is Biblical.

No amount of arguing can convince me otherwise than:
  • God has always been a God of grace.
  • No amount of works can get me saved.
  • If I get to the feet of the cross my works will change.
I will NEVER LEAVE THEE OR FORSAKE THEE <--no unless found!

I will lose NOTHING <-NO except found!

salvation is a GIFT <--THE GIFTS AND CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE <- God is so true to his promise of eternal life being gifted that even HIS CALL is irrevocable!

The bible is correct, you are not migo!

Godspeed, my much beloved brother! Stay the course. Be not discouraged.

Galatians 6
6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
6:5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

A tree is known by it's fruit.
Let's look at the opening verses to ascertain the context shall we?
(Gal 6:1-5)
Brethren, if a man is [overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own load.

God did not forsake Israel. Quite the contrary.

Don't try to shoehorn everyone into your own particular situation, you are not entitled to set any unique and new standard here.
Excuse me.

Everything must be “shoehorned” through scripture. The fact that you think I am trying to set some unique or new standard here speaks volumes and shows that you’re likely part of the blind OSAS crowd here.

Should someone truly repent and receive Lord Jesus Messiah, and subsequently bear fruit in good faith, then backslide into despair through say for example the attacks of Satan,
Satan has no power over a believer; only the unbelievers. Because the scripture says to resist the devil and he will flee from you.

But a person who ventures back into sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth has probably been delivered to despair by God himself.

Proverbs 1:23-30
[23] Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. [24] Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25] But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26] I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27] When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. [28] Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: [29] For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord : [30] They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.

Blind OSAS crowd? Your bias (which seems to dictate your preconceived beliefs) is really showing and that speaks volumes.

Make no mistake....you are not right with God!
You have anger and emotional issues.

There’s no fruit of the Spirit in you.

You cast lies and deception like no other I’ve encountered. All based on a deception you haven’t bothered truly testing against pure scripture.

I’m still praying for you.

So far you have reached 100% achievement in misapplying, misinterpreting, misunderstanding scripture.
