Jesus Promises The Holy Spirit...John:14

But the advocate, the Holy Spirit , whom the Father will send in my name , will teach you all things
and will remind you of everything I said to you. Peace I leave with you , my peace I give to you. Do
not let your be troubled and do not be afraid.. End scripture.

All of this is empowerment that that Jesus left the Apostles with. The empowerment that what they
heard by Jesus told to them with His voice. Then it is the empowerment that they buried in their
hearts. It is not only by words that we teach but also by example. This is what Jesus did, He gave
people examples that they should follow. So in our daily lives, not all will be out teaching but many
will be called to do so. The majority of us if we are filled with the Holy Spirit teach by example. We do
all that we do with the love of God. This is really important and also in scripture. Instead of hatred,
we respond in love. Instead of anger we show compassion. For example a waitress in a restaurant
makes a mistake on an order, I have witnessed people rip them to shreds. We are human and at this
point in life the human condition is less than perfect. So we forgive and forget; if we don't forget
we have not forgiven. Just in our redemption from God, when we are forgiven, we need to forget.
many carry forgiven sins around with them for years rather than letting them go.

It became true years later, because years later the disciples wrote the books in the new testament. I don't believe they wrote things down as Jesus said them, they remembered what Jesus said years later.
