REMEMBER TO BE STRONG PRAYER WARRIORS DURING TIMES OF POLITICAL CORRUPTION

I think there seems to be a danger for some Christians, of being overly "gloom & doom" in attitude towards the events of this year. true, there may be great dangers lurking - but that is nothing new. it is a time to take things very seriously, but not to the extent of "living in fear" - overmuch.
a christian could exclaim, with a sharp intake of breath,(as in a chess game) "the king is in check! " without remembering that he doesn't know the future - only god knows that! he will have more peace of mind, too - if he does remember that. of course, he needs to be a strong prayer warrior, and to be living a holy life, in order for god to hear his prayers well, too.
i thought i'd mention times i remember when disasters were ready to hit Israel, a number of times in bible history. times when turning back to god, greatly improved the outcome of dangerous events. or through the prayers of righteous people.
1. when Hezekiah became alarmed at the approaching enemy, the Syrians, and then proclaimed a time of fasting for all the people to take part in
2. when things looked hopeless, in the time of Gideon. Gideon did what god told him to do to fix the problem and it helped!
3. when a 3-year famine hit Israel, in the time of Ahab, Elijah prayed - and that really helped! Things were no longer so hopeless - looking any more!

MT's,
a very good summation, TY...
hub and I would very much appreciate it if you 'CAPTILIZED' GOD'S NAME when referencing His Words/Actions...

and yes, we who love our Saviour should be in an accelerated PRAYER mode, for sure...

Are you concerned your Candidate for President won't win?

Eventually, someone has to be elected to bring us to the Beast!

There are tons of examples of prayer warriors, King Solomon and King David interceded for Israel at times.
