I would like it so very much if this post compared scripture with scripture and we could get many viewpoints on this. What about some saying the law is cancelled, and they come up with scripture showing this but there is countless scripture saying the law is eternal?

What about people giving scripture to say the Sabbath was cancelled yet again, other scripture tells us it was even part of creation?

What about God giving the sacrificial system and then saying it is only the blood of Christ that saves, or atones as OT was, and God haters the blood of animals? Scripture tells us Christ's blood replaced it, we accept that. But shouldn't we understand why God gave that system before Christ's sacrifice?

What about scripture telling us not to add men's ideas to scripture yet men changed the Passover to something men called Easter? Easter is accepted by the church, Passover isn't.

God is eternal, God is one. There has been no arguments about that. But if the same God gave these opposing ideas then the opposition must be in our carnal mind, not in the mind of the Lord.

Most people don't realize that the Jews wanted to kill Jesus as they did the prophets, to get rid of Him once and for all. Peter and John and the Apostles were shocked when they found the tomb empty. God Kept this mystery hidden, they were blind to the anticipated resurrection; why.
Who are the most people? If you read of Jesus 'trial' you know full well what the Jews wanted. If you understand God's plan of salvation, you know full well it was God's will to have His Son die for the good of all as the High Priest that year accidentally prophesied.

Only scripture is a teacher.

You are ignoring the thread you are answering asking us to comparing scripture with scripture. You are ignoring my posts.

LOL it's his thread and not yours. You are trying to turn it into your thread.

Romans 6:14 New International Version (NIV)
14 For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.

Matthew 12:8 King James Version (KJV)
8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Acts 20:7: "Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight."

Hebrews 10:10 King James Version (KJV)
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

the first Pass Over was during Moses read Exodus 12

Jesus became the Pass over Lamb of God to be sacrificed.

Genesis 17: 7 I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.
10 This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised.
Its interesting that Gods covenant with the people and their descendants could only be activated when they circumcised first. It also paints a picture of how we covenant with Christ, circumcision of the heart.
