Does "loving God" include my works or just how I feel?

As long as we are in this flesh of ours, no one will able to love as God did.

That 1st and 2nd commandment of the Law of Moses is to make us turn to God and acknowledge that we cannot.

Thus, God showed us that he can, Jesus did the work of love required, and he graciously allow us to be credited with what he done, as the basis of our righteousness.

That is what I like to hear because I am not that level, but this is what Jesus say

John 15
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

If we abide in Him, the fruit that Jesus produce will manifest in us, not because our ability, but His ability.

We are not the producer Hi is, we only a bearer

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. ...(Jesus)

If you feel love God than you must fell love other

I john 4:20

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?”
Love God = love man, it mean
Fell love God = fell love man

If you fell love man and you know that man hungry> you will feed him,

So if you love man, have a food and know hungry man, your love will translate your love in to work ( work to buy a food, and prepare a burger for him)

Are you talking about the Ten Commandments under the old covenant or are you talking about the two commandments that JESUS spoke In the New Covenan?

Everything that Jesus taught.

Jesus was preaching the Law of Moses to Israel during his first coming. The new covenant that was promised to Israel has not yet begun.

But as Hebrews 8:8 stated, this new covenant that will be cut with Israel in the future, will supernaturally allow them to follow God's law perfectly, as it will be written in their hearts.

Both should go hand in hand, but I think more on how you feel.

JESUS told the rich young ruler to keep the law but no man could keep the law.

But I am sure you don’t want to have fellow residents of heaven coming up to you and say, “Guess how I love God in order to secure my salvation?” 🤣

He told him to sell all he had and come follow Jesus, if he loved him he would have done it.

they may need a few good preachers in heaven to let people know how people in heaven are supposed to be. 🙄🙃

Salvation does not include works. One is saved at the moment of conversion and the Holy spirit is now in residence in the repentant believer. Afterwards, 1st John says, "But whoso keeps his word, in him verily is THE LOVE OF God PERFECTED, hereby know we that we are in him". I am not going to type out a lot of verses, but just ask that before anyone starts giving personal opinions, look up the key words in the question from your CONCORDANCE, and use the KJV. Ideas from commentaries, books and opinions just do not cut it, the truth is only found in the word of God, don't go else where. And stop all these cutting remarks to each other, that behaviour is shameful.

Love is a work, Romans 5:8

But loving God is not a requirement to be saved.

You are required to believe in God's love for you, that means believing that his Son died for your sins and rose again for your justification (1 Cor 15:1-4)

But what about the part where JESUS told him (rich young ruler) to keep the law?Are you saying that If the rich young ruler loved JESUS he(rich young ruler)would have kept the Law with his own strength

when In the book of Romans Paul says he sees another law,warring against the law of his own mind and bringing him Into Captivity to the law of sin.Only the giver of the law (GOD In CHRIST) could keep the law?

So then again how would the rich young ruler keep the law In his own strength?

JESUS was born under the law and ushered In the NEW Testament/Covenant and JESUS told him to keep the law.

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

Keep the commandments of Jesus by walking in the Spirit. Problem solved.

Jesus preached the Gospel. The righteousness without the law through faith in Jesus was preached by Jesus. That is why they wanted to kill him. One of the great prophecies about the preaching of the Gospel was in Isaiah. in Isaiah 52 when he said How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! Paul interprets it as not only applying to the Good News that Israel has been released from Babylon by the decree of Cyrus to go back to Jerusalem and rebuild but a fore telling of the Servant who will redeem Israel which is still future, but in between the Law would go forth from His Mouth (Isaiah 51) and that is this gospel of Righteousness that will never be abolished (Is 51) there are promises in Is 51-53 about him being a redeemer to the gentiles and also to Israel and restoration of Zion that apply both to the gentiles being saved the birth of the church and to the restoration of Israel in the end times which is how Paul interpreted it as well. This righteousness by faith in Jesus Christ Gospel started during the ministry of Jesus. It is not correct to say that Jesus taught the Law of Moses as the path of righteousness.
