Sadly, I'm not surprised it got violent like this. The violence has been escalating for the past months, and they have been getting more and more extreme. I remember when the tactic used to be, "Only destroy things, but make sure no one is hurt." They figured that they could get more attention if people ARE hurt. Anything for attention to advance their political goal. It's sad.

Of course, now instead of denying and ignoring the protests, a lot of people are trying to pin it on Trump. Even though it's happening in cities where local governments won't enforce the law.

I also suspect a lot of this is because of restrictions. With months going by, a lot of people have nothing to do. So they get involved with things like this.

I'm scared for our country.

From what I have seen, there are protestors who believe they are protesting to right a wrong that has been suffered by the black community, and there are rioters who only want to cause division among the American people. They do this through violence.

Well it's not a surprise that this would happen. People are getting sick of it. And now that they have killed the opposite side, it will embolden them further. Doesn't matter what Dems say at this point. People living through this know who to blame, that's why CNN came out to warn Biden he's dropping in the polls. People aren't stupid. They see that this has been allowed to continue for 90 plus days.

God have mercy. :(

It's the Left and their agenda of, "It's Trump's fault!" Our military and police take an oath to defend this nation against all enemies both foreign and domestic. These be the domestic ones. Enabled by the Traitors who are the elected ones. The governor and mayor of Oregon and Portland, respectively.
This death is their fault. This death is the fault of the one who took the life. This death is not Trump's fault. The officials in Portland threatened Trump if he dared to stop the domestic terrorist forces occupying Portland to date. Now they're blaming this death on him?
They're even more out of their mind than I thought. I fear for the citizens of Portland and Seattle. Prayers to them all. Prayers too that the Devil claims his own real soon in whatever seat they occupy in Seattle and Portland, so that Portland and Seattle can get back to law and order and peace again.
