"* joint-heirs" [heirs-->] from "G2818 - kleronomos" = "an heir, with inheritance determined by lot"...

so... "IN HIM in whom also we have been lot-cast [G2820]..."

the lot is cast into the lap;
but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD
(Proverbs 16:33)

Well, I suggest that you pray that Gods perfect will would overwhelm your fallible human "choicy" will.

Interestingly, the freewillers COVET (in the worst cases worship) the very thing that God clearly states that He will utterly destroy in the future eternal kingdom. Every thought every deed every act every expression of will is going to be subordinated and in fact sublimated to His glorious will.

Yes god is allowing willful sin presently even among Christians. Until two things happen:
a) the glorification of the Christians (and all Saints)
b) the destruction of the world sin and sinners in judgment

2Cor 10:5
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
What's the difference between now and the future if everything is already exactly according to His will?

Sin of course. Surely you must've known this.

Perhaps a review of my earlier missive about the willful expression of sin inevitably to be extinguished will put a dent in that prodigious intellective yours.

This of course is your choice. You might want to exercise that now before it's too late.

I would state he, @dcontroversal is trying to give you the correct Gospel and has the patience of Job!!

He is not giving me the correct gospel.....he is giving me the gospel on how he was saved.

My saving was completely different....which can never be denied.....because God Saved me....

You can’t force a believer to believe how you came to believe...not in a million yrs....God won’t allow it.
I can assure you of that.....I was saved without a bible...you know the rest.

I stand on the truth....which happens to be God...not some man.

So sin is able to overpower God's will? Or is not everything according to God's will?

If you were saved in a completely different way than hearing and believing then you weren't saved according to the gospel recorded in the Bible.

I was not saved by reading a bible sir....I’ve already had this conversation with you....ain’t going down that road again....God drew me to believe in him..not myself...no human can believe in God without Him drawing them, scriptural.

Calvinism places every human decision under the banner of God's will and men are puppets and pawns with no choice!
I'm well aware. They twist themselves into pretzels to preserve their doctrine rather than admit the simple truth.

Ah yes, the question of the ages. According to some God has allowed sin, if for no other reason than it should be ultimately and finally destroyed never to return.

But as Paul makes perfectly clear, such things do not affect the elect.
Indeed, even the choiciest of choices, chosen by the choosiest of choosers
affect the elect not in the least.

(Rom 8)
31What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can beagainst us? 32He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34Who ishe who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36As it is written:
“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
37Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Oh yes the pretzel doctrine! You mentioned that earlier.
Do you have any scriptures to back that up?

I mean....how obstinate does one have to be to hold to an error so obvious.

Even JESUS had to choose.....he was given the option and choice to fall down and worship Satan for the prize of control of all earthly kingdoms....

The bible clearly states that he was given milk and honey so that he may know to CHOOSE THE GOOD OVER THE EVIL.

Joshua....Choose you this day

Cain and what God said to Cain after murdering Abel proves Calvinism wrong.....If Cain was lost and had NO CHOICE in the matter, God would not have told him sin croutches at the door desiring you and you must master over it.....

Cain was a lost man, false teacher (of that wicked one) (Jude) and yet GOD GAVE HIM A CHOICE....

It is pure ignorance that holds a position that deems NO CHOICE for a man when the bible drips, reeks, oozes choice from front to back for humanity.

What does any of that have to do with the topic at hand?

How does Romans 8 address your contradicting yourself attributing everything to God's will while simultaneously stating some things are "allowed" by God?

How does any of that show a difference between now when everything is according to God's will, and the future when everything is according to God's will?
