That in the ages to come He might shew that exceeding riches of His Grace in His Kindness toward us through CHRIST JESUS (Ephesians 2:7).
How we live here on earth as Christians will determine the life we'll have or enjoy when we get to Heaven and the ages to come. The reason is that the life we live here on earth has a lot to do with your faith in GOD and His WORD, and your knowledge and understanding of Spiritual Realities.
The less understanding you have, the less effective you'll be in the ages to come. So, our life here is to train us for that future, because GOD our HOLY FATHER is going to give us great authority; we'll reign and rule with CHRIST in the ages to come.
Recall the WORDS of JESUS in Luke 19:17, to the faithful servant: "... thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities." Same way, if you've been faithful in that which the LORD has committed to your trust, He'll commit more to your care, not only in this world but in that which is to come. He's going to bless you and give you authority over cities, nations, and territories.
Not everyone will run cities, nations. and territories in the world to come; it depends on your knowledge and understanding of the WORD and the Application of the same in the earth. It's one of the reasons you must train and educate your Spirit in the things of GOD; get enlightened in the things pertaining to the Kingdom.
Use your faith. Subdue nations, and dominate circumstances in this world, in readiness for the life of dominion in the world to come. Hallelujah!
