I thought this could be a fun topic, we all have stuff we like or know about, what you would you say is the most obscure thing you are into?

I would say for me, it’s some youtubers I watch, cause I never hear anyone else talk about some of the people I watch in real life, sometimes online but like never in real life, have yet to met a person who knows about “Old Man memes” from Phelous, if you do then you have great humor taste, lol.

The other things I would say is some anime/manga I like, for example, Cencoroll could count, it never got a dub or a release on streaming platforms, as far as I’m aware, I remember liking Kannagi, it did get a English release, but that was with no dub and it’s out of print for awhile, Katanagatari is basically only known by people who like Nisio Isin, and he is not an unpopular author, but to put it into perspective, Katanagatari was released as 12 novels in Japan in 2007, it didn’t arrive in the United States until the end of 2018, in November. With that exact same company having released the other, and more popular of Nisio’s work earlier, like in 2017 with the Bakemonogatari stuff, so yeah...America struggles to get light novels over, hell Katanagatari is still out of print, when the company for the Blu-Ray rights, NIS Amercia, stopped their anime video production, as far as I’m aware cause I have seen them not release or license ANYTHING in years.

Finally, I just made this thread as a fun way to bring up the Thumb movies, YES I HAVE SEEN THE THUMB MOVIES, I have Thumbtanic and Thumb Wars on DVD, I have seen the other shorts on youtube, but the two I listed are my favorite, especially Thumbtanic, I can basically quote the movie: “Breath the air, not the water! Don’t breath the air!”, it’s so wonderfully stupid and I saw them when I wanna say I was 12, with a combo VHS of the two shorts I listed, definitely shouldn’t have seen them as a kid but hey, I grew up to be a well adjusted adult...that can quote Thumbtanic...*laughs* XD

Lol, that is true, like I could do for my stepdad/grandfathers, I meant more like this:

Phelous keeps adding him into his reviews, old man was originally Belle’s father from a Beauty and the Beast knock-off from Golden Films. Phelous reviewed that film, 6 years ago, and apparently someone made a full playlist all the times Old man appears, link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5XcyoO8ybkFrb8RtWKqQH-ndlVLY-Gip

Also, Phelous did his “Old man voice” to read some creepypastas, it’s high quality entertainment, an example:
