Should the popular vote be adjusted because of the findings of fraud, they will send the correct electors accordingly.

Bear in mind that both the upper and lower houses need to agree to certify the vote. No I don't profess to know every single detail of how a final consensus is reached. But if there are some hard boiled GOP resistance in the legislature because of a newly found evidence of vast fraud in the election then perhaps they will not certify.

It may be that Trump could pull the nuclear option and invoke the Insurrection Act. There is no doubt there is indeed a conspiracy in play utilizing belligerent foreign actors & foreign hardware and software.
