First we must keep our heart and commit everything unto the Lord. Amen. Anxiety and Depression are huge challenges for some of us. The word even tells us that fear hath torment.
However we are saved. The fight is already won and we are servants of the most high King. The Master and Lord of all.
Praise the Lord.
We were saved and our sins have been forgiven. All the bad was washed away and now is under the blood Jesus shed on calvary for us. We are now new creatures in Christ Jesus and spotless in His eyes, saved and redeemed. We have been given the precious gift of the Holy Spirit.
So lets daily say YES Lord in response to our Lord as He does a good work in us, leads us, guides us, and directs all our ways.
Jesus is the way , the truth, and the life. Everything points to Jesus so lets always be focused on Him.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans 12:2 | KJV
Even though there is now no condemnation in Christ Jesus we have a walk. A participation in this amazing relationship we have been called to with Him.
We have been given free will and therefore we can sometimes be our own worst enemy and cause ourselves more struggle then is necessary.
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

2 Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth

We see in these two scriptures how we need be conscious of what we think or say.
