Revelation 13 -- Could this happen next week?

If you do not like the book of Revelation I sympathize with you. Most Christians will say they love the Bible, they love the word of God, and that man lives by every word of God. Yet, at the same time they may also admit they don’t like this book or avoid it. I get it. But I think if John spoke plainly the book would have been censored and that is what he is telling you. Better, get used to it, better learn to talk in this figurative language if you are going to be here during the great tribulation (and it is my hope that I will not be here at that time). So let’s review what took place in chapter 12, we begin the chapter with a great sign in heaven which appeared during the festival of Trumpets in 2017. Next this woman is travailing in birth while the great red dragon wants to devour her child. I believe based on all that I have written to this point that this great red dragon refers to China and the CCP. This woman refers to God’s people but also to lady liberty and democratic rule. In the Bible totalitarian governments are likened to leopards, bears, lions, and those who rule with a rod of iron. By contrast democracy is government by the people who are considered the weaker vessel. Some think the Bible is too spiritual to be concerned with the US election, but the fate of the world hangs in the balance. You cannot have the antichrist have power over every nation and tongue without first devouring God’s people in the US. If the US falls then Taiwan will fall, Israel will fall, S. Korea will fall, all of Asia will come under this rule, the Middle East will come under this rule and then all of Europe will also come under this rule. If you want to set up one world government ruled by the Antichrist then you must first deal with the USA. Then this woman brings forth this child but even though the great red dragon is there to devour the baby the Lord raptures the child up to heaven (snatches it up to safety). There are a great many signs and prophecies that tell us this will happen very soon, maybe even as soon as Christmas morning. According to 2Corinthians the New Testament ministry can be seen in the story of Hanukkah with the Maccabees standing against the Greeks ruled by Antiochus (a type of the antichrist) trying to wipe out their worship of God. The rapture is depicted in the Christmas story and we can see that very clearly in Romans chapter 8. According to Amos 8 the Lord comes in the midst of their religious festivals and the singing stops and becomes mourning and it turns into a bitter day. Hanukkah and Christmas occur at the same time of year, so it is the one time of year when we have multiple religious festivals. Christmas is noted for its carols. You can imagine that if the rapture were to take place on Christmas mourning it would be the photographic negative of Santa coming down the chimney to deliver toys, rather the Lord comes as a thief (like Santa) except he takes the precious ones to the third heaven. Instead of waking up to a bunch of presents you wake up to realize you were left behind. According to Luke the disciples go up the mount of transfiguration (depicting the rapture in typology) “about the eighth day”. That is quite interesting, because it is one of the few times the Bible is vague about a date. Our days begin at midnight but Jewish days begin at sunset. Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday so it should be marked from the sunset whereas Christmas is a gentile holiday and is marked from midnight. It is the one night that Christians all over the world regard as “holy night”. However, Christmas Eve is about eight days after Hanukkah this year. Because of this discrepancy you cannot be more precise than that. So without “setting a date” let's just say we are eagerly expecting the Lord’s soon return. However, once the rapture takes place the believers who are left behind are depicted by this woman who flees into the wilderness for the next 1,260 days. Now at the same time the great red dragon is “cast out” and there is no place left and the angels of Satan are cast out also. We are seeing this right now in the US. We are passing laws to kick out the spies, we have discovered over 1 million spies from the CCP as well as major cyber attack as well as a possible biological attack. Apparently there is no longer any place left for these chinese spies in America. We have also seen non stop accusations of our brethren night and day for the last few years. I have been called an idiot, a moron, a racist, and many other names simply because I refuse to discredit the 74 million Americans who voted for Trump. However, imagine what happens if many of these “deplorables” and “irredeemables” are raptured. Would we then see the fulfillment of this word “now is come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our Christ for the accuser of our brethren has been cast down, which accused them before our God day and night”? The dragon, referring to Satan and to the CCP persecutes this woman. We are seeing this today, the persecution against the church and the people of God in China is extreme. She flees on the wings of the great eagle to the wilderness (which I am inclined to believe refers to the US), the dragon casts a flood out of his mouth to destroy her (I suspect for a variety of reasons that we will see the collapse of the 3 gorges dam at this time) and the Earth helps her. I think in typology the Earth refers to Israel or else it could refer to some great earthquake where the earth splits to swallow the water. However, these events, this flood whatever it is referring to and the rapture will be huge world changing events. The collapse of the 3 gorges dam would be more devastating to China than Chernobyl was to the USSR. Meanwhile the loss of those raptured will impact every nation, every tribe, every tongue, every business, every community. These are the ones who walk in the Spirit and are filled with the Holy Spirit. Removing them results in the Holy Spirit stepping aside and allowing all the evil that is currently being restrained loose. Instead of “bouncing back” from this pandemic the world’s economy will go splat. As I write this it is December 21, we have a great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn occurring during the winter solstice. It is very possible that this is a sign that the church age has ended and that the time of the Antichrist is beginning. It is very possible that one week from now the world will be very different than what it has been for the last two thousand years. This brings us to Revelation 13.

1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Horns depict power. Heads are leaders. So CNN has power, they have the power to manipulate what people think. Facebook has power, Google has power, the world’s currency has power, etc. There are many forms of power, not just military might, financial might, controlling the internet, manufacturing, etc. To have a crown means you are the preeminent power, so Rumble is a platform similar to Youtube, but Youtube has the crown. This beast has put together a coalition of “ten horns”, ten power centers, and each one has the crown. Each one is preeminent in their field. Not only so but there are seven heads. In a democracy we are learning that elected officials are relatively weak and powerless. By contrast totalitarian governments like China and Russia have much stronger heads, as do the heads of certain companies. Blasphemy is to deny God and to deny the holy things. We are already seeing this being worked out in front of our face. It has become law in China and their practice. But in the US they shut down churches during the pandemic while saying that gambling casinos could stay open. They are pushing for abortion, a blasphemy. They are doing away with genders, a blasphemy. Whether it is a head of government or a head of silicon valley, or a head of a University or the mainstream media, on these heads is the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

This is a reference to the dream that Daniel interprets and these creatures represent the empires in human history which were led by totalitarian regimes. China has become a superpower and if they can damage the US significantly they would be the preeminent superpower. Without the US as a counterweight they would dominate the UN and could establish one world government. The dragon doesn’t take power rather the dragon gives power. I suspect that if the flood is severe in China they will be in no position to take power but rather to give it. Great authority here is what many refer to the “globalists” trying to establish one world government.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

This beast is called “the Antichrist”. Many confuse this term and think it means “antiJesus”. It doesn’t say that. Christ, messiah, anointed one, refers to the one anointed by God to bring the kingdom in. Jesus Christ brought salvation to us by dying for our sins. With Jesus the problem He overcame was sin and He paid the price so that we could be free. “Anti” christ is the opposite of that. Antiochus is the type of the antichrist. To him the problem was God’s people. To him the problem was not sin, but rather being told that you would be judged for your sins. The solution was to blaspheme God, to force people to worship him, and anyone who opposed this would pay the price with their life. The world gravitates to these cult leaders like Antiochus or Hitler. How much better that he is resuscitated from death.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Once again it is clear that Taiwan can make war with China because they have the US as an ally. If China can take out the US then the balance of power shifts dramatically. If China, Russia and Europe unite while the US is recovering from some sneak attack then the world will praise China for “making peace” by uniting with Europe and they will also feel that there is much greater security because “who can make war with this alliance”. Our forefathers warned us that if we traded liberty for security we would have neither.

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

This is why I referred to the mainstream media, google, Facebook, and Youtube. This is the “mouth” that can speak great things and blasphemies. They are censoring all kinds of speech they don’t agree with. We used to be able to gather together as the church and you could talk to one another, they are outlawing that so that all
communication must go across the channels they control, the internet.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

This is what Antiochus did, this is what Hitler did, this is what the Antichrist will do. They are doing this already only in the future failure to strictly adhere to this blasphemy will result in very serious punishment. They will blaspheme God, the Lord Jesus, the church, and all those who dwell in heaven (the angels and saints).

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Power over all kindreds, tongues and nations indicates one world government. Notice how he makes war with the saints and not the other way around. If you want to stand on the Lord’s side you will have no choice but to fight.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

If you worship him your name is not written in the book of life. On the other hand if your name is written in the book of life you will not have any peace to worship him regardless of the cost.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

You should have listened to the word sooner. You are like the kids who are going to summer school, but it isn’t too late. If you have an ear now is the time to hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

You must express Jesus Christ. We don’t fight with swords, we don’t fight fire with fire.
