@Ruby123 I am currently watching an excellent Netflix series from your neck of the woods called Wentworth :) I understand it has been very popular there, also, running more seasons than any other Aussie show :D I must admit that it is stellar quality writing, directing, photography, and acting (y)I recognized the lead actress right away from another series I saw called Deep Water :geek:

I have heard of that series Magenta but it is not on free to air TV so I have not watched it. I think it based on an old prison series called Prisoner which was highly popular a long time ago about female prisoners. The lead actress on Prisoner was so good at playing her role that many people in real life would attack her verbally on the streets as she played a nasty character.

I heard similar things happened to the actress who played Walter White's wife in Breaking Bad. Fans of the show went on a real hate spree against her, which she described as toxic fandom, full of bizarre and confusing vitriol :censored: Her cast members were equally confused; one fan wanted to kill her o_O
