In such a scenario it might be clear to all the world, what it was that China wanted to unleash onto the USA, by means of their fellow office mate, Biden (Rudy W. Giuliani said the Bidens and China's Communist Party were going to have an office together) - before the military might take over only at that stage. Other scenarios might be a military government from inauguration date onwards, until all is brought to light, and the public digested it.
