It is only because of election theft that the Democrats have managed to take control of both houses as well as the White House. As a result the Democrats have rammed through a spending bill for 1.9 trillion dollars recently. It is supposedly for financial relief to individuals and businesses affected by the lockdowns. But that is only a small fraction of what has been actually been budgeted in this bill.

I have examined an actual copy of this Act -- H.R. 133 or 116HR133. It has 32 divisions within it, out of which only two (or at the most four) are directly related to COVID relief. The rest of them are for bureaucratic government expenditures, some of which will not even go into effect immediately.

Here are the bureaucracies (departments) which will receive billions of dollars, even though they may have had their budgets approved long ago: Agriculture, Food & Drug Administration, Commerce, Justice, Science, Defense, Energy, Water Development, Financial Services, General Government Expenses, Homeland Security, Interior, Environment, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Legislative Branch, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, State, Foreign Operations, Transportation, Housing, Urban Development, plus many related government activities.

As an example of what was already budgeted, but has been seriously *porked up* under the pretense of COVID relief, we can look at the billions of dollars going to the Department of Agriculture, rather than directly to farmers and ranchers. And many programs which go back to the 1930s and 1940s continue to be funded to buy votes. But many allocations do not even belong under Agriculture, such as FDA or foreign assistance, but they have been cleverly inserted.

Over 236 billion dollars will go to the Department of Agriculture. So this in not for COVID relief, and this is only one out of 32 divisions.

The above shows that about 12% of this obscene bill went to just the Department of Agriculture, which should not have received a single dime of this money. The same would apply to all the other bureaucracies listed. And some of the money will go to bail out Democrat controlled states.

US "COVID Relief" Was Enough To Give Every Taxpayer $41,870 But We Got Peanuts Instead
What is really disconcerting is how little the Republicans in Congress and the Senate did to oppose this obscene bill, which gave peanuts to those who actually suffered from the lockdowns etc. There should have been TOTAL OPPOSITION to this bill, as well as TOTAL EXPOSURE of all that is wrong with it. Not a single government bureaucrat suffered, and not a single politician suffered. But they are the ones getting huge handouts.

Also one should take a close look at the breakdown of allocations for the Department of Agriculture. At least 80% of that money should not even be going out. Perhaps 100%.

How about this use of stimulus money?
The term "stimulus" is totally incorrect, but it is used over and over again in connection with this government handout to those who NEVER SUFFERED and which will definitely not stimulate the economy or create meaningful jobs. But it will definitely stimulate the greed of politicians and bureaucrats.

So is the use of the term "public health emergency" in Bill 133, since there is NO PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY, since the pandemic was bogus. You can call this bill The Democratic Theft Bill, since they are literally stealing from the Treasury to bolster their power and position. They are also channeling billions to foreign entities, while they give actual American citizens a laughable and insulting amount for losses suffered.

There should have been a huge outcry by every Republic politician, and TOTAL OPPOSITION to this bill. But it did not happen. I would not be surprised is even a single one of them actually read that bill and analyzed its terrible consequences. Almost 6,000 pages so no one would bother checking it line by line.

Take a close look at what I have shown for just the Department of Agriculture. What does Agriculture have to do with (a) civil rights, (b) native endowments, (c) state mediation grants, (d) rural housing, (e) rural electrification, (f) nutrition programs, (g) foreign assistance programs, and (h) the FDA? There is absolutely no mention of compensation to farmers and ranchers who may have suffered huge losses.
