Here are some scriptures describing what happens after christ return. So much for spiritual israel, no millennium, or jesus does not sit on davids throne.

16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
These aren't scriptures of what happens after the 2nd coming. The feast of tabernacles is a celebration that we're living in temporary bodies as we gather the last harvest of souls.

As for Israel being saved.

The Lord says:
Celebrate and sing for Israel,
the greatest of nations.
Offer praises and shout,
“Come and rescue
your people, Lord!
Save what’s left of Israel.”
8 I, the Lord, will bring
my people back from Babylonia[c]
and everywhere else on earth.
The blind and the lame
will be there.
Expectant mothers
and women about to give birth
will come and be part
of that great crowd.
9 They will weep and pray
as I bring them home.
I will lead them
to streams of water.
They will walk on a level[d] road
and not stumble.
I am a father to Israel,[e]
my favorite children.
10 Listen to me, you nations
nearby or across the sea.
I scattered the people of Israel,
but I will gather them again.
I will protect them like a shepherd
guarding a flock;
11 I will rescue them from enemies
who could overpower them.
12 My people will come
to Mount Zion
and celebrate;
their faces will glow
because of my blessings.
I’ll give them grain, grapes,
and olive oil,
as well as sheep and cattle.
Israel will be prosperous
and grow
like a garden
with plenty of water.
13 Young women and young men,
together with the elderly,
will celebrate and dance,
because I will comfort them
and turn their sorrow
into happiness.
14 I will bless my people
with more food
than they need,
and the priests will enjoy
the choice cuts of meat.
I, the Lord, have spoken.
The new Jerusalem is the greatest nation on earth.

Hence, I believe a safeguard against general dispensationalism is useful.
I got so much flack from even mentioning the 'd' word, that I stopped using it altogether. People have attached so much pork to it that it is a toxic word now.

You get lunatics. or fanatics from every group. That does not mean we reject the whole group. or claim that the whole group believes something as has been insinuated.
Yes, we have self proclaimed "Protestants" who defend to their death the Papal Antichrist and their Jesuit "Left Behind" Futurist eschatological ideas, claim that non-existent Literal Israel - which has been lost in the polluted gene pool waters of history - is central to Bible prophecy, and that OSAS defines the concept of salvation.

But, we should not ban them, marginalize them, or shun them -- we should try to reach them with the truth of Protestant Historicism, the truth that Spiritual Israel is the only "Abraham's seed" to which end times prophecy points, and that a continuous surrendered relationship to Christ -- the "Vine" in Which we must continually "abide" if we are to "endure unto the end" so that "the same shall be saved" -- is our only hope for salvation.

The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:
Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. In that day,
says the Lord,
I will strike every horse with confusion, and its rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in the Lord of hosts, their God.’ In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a firepan in the woodpile, and like a fiery torch in the sheaves; they shall devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left, but Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place—Jerusalem.
The Lord will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah. In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the Lord before them. It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn. In that day there shall be a great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning at Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. And the land shall mourn, every family by itself: the family of the house of David by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Levi by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of Shimei by itself, and their wives by themselves; all the families that remain, every family by itself, and their wives by themselves.
(Zechariah 12)
how many of you think this has already happened, or that contrary to the plain language of scripture, this is actually about America, or Britain, or about the corporate evangelical church?

our only hope for salvation.
God Himself is our only hope for salvation.

i learned a long time ago that doubting my salvation is sin, because it is faithlessness in His promise and His ability, and it is likewise sin to think that i have anything to do with accomplishing His work in me. it is God, and God alone, who saves.

may your faithlessness give you comfort until the day you also understand His fearful mercy

"my faithlessness?" Please allow me to clue you in on something: Doubting salvation in Jesus is sin, but doubting idols of false security is a God ordained blessing. Here's what the Bible says about how we can know we are saved:

"Hereby we do know that we know Him if we keep His commandments. He that saith, I know Him, and keepeth not His commandments is a liar and the truth (Jesus) is not in him." 1 John 2:3-4 KJV

So, while it is true that "doubting is sin", if we're living contrary to God's law, our hope is not in Him, but in the false security of vain philosophies like OSAS which is idolatry -- the sin of exalting human reasoning above the Word of God. And I can't think of anything more doubt worthy than that.

idolatry -- the sin of exalting human reasoning above the Word of God
This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
(John 6:39)
the question here is whether you believe Him or whether you put your own human so-called-reasoning above His own divine word.
will He lose any of His sheep, or will He not? for me to doubt Him is unfaithfulness and sin. maybe you're far more '
mature' than me and you are able to deny what He says here, but i have to deal with what little understanding He has granted me.

what i know is that He is faithful, and He will do it.
you can bitterly rant about your hypothetical 'believer' who loves sin and hates God all day, but i know no such person.

I reason from the Word...you reason from vain philosophy.

For instance, Jesus ask us "And why callest thou Me Lord, Lord, and doest not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46 KJV), to which you OSAS folks reply, "We don't have to do what You say, Lord, because we believe in what You did at Calvary."

Now, where's that in Scripture?

excuse me but i quoted scripture to you, and you are putting words in my mouth of your own imagination. so who is really the one full of vain philosophy? Jesus says He will lose none of His own. John 6:39
do you believe Him or not?

all you talk about are the things you hate and how much you hate them.

Please, you twist Scripture like nobody's business. I can back up everything I say with Scripture, but I always assume people are of the same skill set as me, for some reason. I'll be happy to cite the facts from Scripture for you, if you like.

The inspired words of the prophet Solomon declare God would always listen from heaven for the repentant cries of His scattered people and bring them back to the land after scattering them for disobedience.
It will all be straightened out concerning the Jews and God can use the heathen to do His will as in the case of king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon when he acknowledged the God of Israel as the greatest God even until his death.

God always delivers the Jews and brings them to the truth and He will bring them to the truth again.

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

The disciples knew that God would restore the kingdom on earth to the Jews and asked Jesus if it was at that time and He said the Father will do it in the future.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

70 weeks are determined upon Israel as a nation to accept the truth and anoint the most holy who is Jesus.

69 weeks has passed and the last 7 week, 7 years is the time God causes all people that do not love Him to follow the antichrist, beast kingdom, and brings Israel to the truth that Jesus is Lord and Savior.

Mat 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
Mat 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Mat 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

The Jews will not see Jesus again until they say blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord so Israel as a nation has to come to the truth.

Jer 31:35 Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:
Jer 31:36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
Jer 31:37 Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

The sun, moon, and stars are still active and shining so God's covenant is still with Israel and they shall not cease from being a nation which means God will restore the nation back to the Jews which all Jews will be back on their land and in the truth.

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Isa 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Eze 39:21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

The millennial reign of Christ on earth where the kingdom is restored to the Jews and the heathen have to go up year after year to worship Jesus and He fulfills the role of perfect King on earth then the law is fulfilled.

Eze 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.
Eze 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
Eze 39:24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.

The heathen shall know that God was always on Israel's side.

Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

God shall bring the whole house of Israel back to their land and leave none of them in the nations anymore and they shall know the LORD their God from that time forward, and He will never hide His face from them again, which means the nation of Israel will be in the truth and never stray again.

This is a future prophesy for if it happened in the past all the Jews would be on their land and they would be in the truth from that time forward and they would of not rejected Jesus but they are not in the truth so this is a future prophesy when God restores the kingdom to the Jews in the millennial reign of Christ.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Jer 46:27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
Jer 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

Israel is blinded in part until salvation is no longer available to the Gentiles and so all Israel shall be saved and be the reigning nation and no heathen nations will have a government and Jesus and the saints will rule over the heathen.

The 70th week, 7 years is the time God causes all people that do not love Him to follow the New Age Christ, and brings Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Lord and Savior.

The first three and one half years salvation is available to the world.

When the world takes the mark of the beast in the middle of the 7 years period then salvation is no longer available to the world and the fulness of the Gentiles will have come in.

God will then send 2 witnesses to Israel to turn them to the truth during the last three and one half years, and at the end of that time Israel as a nation will be in the truth and the 70 weeks fulfilled.

The New Age Christ and the world will attack Jerusalem and Jesus will come back with the saints and defeat the world and save Israel and the kingdom will be restored to the Jews and Jesus and the saints will rule over one sixth of the people that went against Jerusalem.

Are you telling me I am faithless just because I believe that some men have turned away from following the Lord? Even if I was wrong on that, there would still be no grounds for you to insinuate that I have no faith.

The restoration of Israel is the new Jerusalem,

But ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, Heb.12:22

And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. Zech.14:12

He means, when the Messiah goes to battle, we see people dead as they stand on their feet.

In Christ, we don't view view people who hate our Lord as we did before coming to know him. They're already dead.

John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
is the "son of perdition" a picture for us of a man who has been supernaturally reborn, who has died and whose life is hid in Christ, who lives and believes in Him, and then falls away? a sheep the Shepherd fails to rescue?

Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him.
(John 6:64)
i don't believe Judas was ever saved. doesn't John 6:64 put him in the category of those "who did not believe" ? he's the Idol Shepherd, the antichrist, who deceives even the elect, if it were possible.

Are you telling me I am faithless just because I believe that some men have turned away from following the Lord? Even if I was wrong on that, there would still be no grounds for you to insinuate that I have no faith.

friend, '
no faith' isn't the same as 'little faith' -- but i'm calling both faithlessness, because to be faithless is to lack faith.
what i am saying is that if we believe we are '
kept by the power of God' when we walk upright, but forget that when we stumble, then we are not believing Him, and that is sin. God is the one saving me, redeeming and renewing me; He is the one conforming me to His image, chastising me like a son, teaching me the way in which i should go, causing me both to will and to work. i was the pile of dry bones in the valley, without sinew, without muscle, organ or skin, and He is the one building me and the one putting breath and life in me. if i look at myself in a moment of time, incomplete and awaiting the completion of His work, and say, "He is not going to finish, i will be lost" -- then i am not believing Him; i am being faithless. even when i think that, He is able to bring me again. He is faithful; He will do it.

there in John 6, many called 'disciples' turned away from following Him. John describes them as those "who did not believe" -- and Jesus knew from the beginning who was who, but didn't separate them out from the beginning. He knows who Judas is, that he is antichrist, a devil; that he is destined to destruction, to go to his own place - and He calls him and brings him with His sheep so that scripture will be fulfilled. it's His purpose.
i take this to indicate that a tare can look almost exactly like wheat, that it can grow right alongside the wheat, but that it was never wheat; it has always been a tare.

the crux of this is about salvation, whether it is our work or God's. if it is ours, then failing to achieve it is about our own ability & character - but if it is God's work, then it is about Him. i must believe Him. the one who does not believe is the one who falls away

Not sure how those who are opposed to a man's questioning of their doctrine think it appropriate to violate the command of Jesus to not question another's salvation...but we are dealing with the OSAS crowd, so....

Even if we are to believe the Jews in Jerusalem today are genuine, where are the other 11 tribes? They are lost, scattered and absorbed by the other nations. Spiritual Israel, the church, is the focus of prophecy now, and we shouldn't let Zechariah 14, which is a promise God could not fulfill for Israel due to their failure to meet the conditions for it, cloud our eschatology.

Believers have always been the focus of Gods kept promises. Zech.14 was fulfilled by our Lord Jesus and continues to be fulfilled in believers by his Spirit in us.
