What changed is that I told them that I was turning the matter over to my attorney. They know that they're crooks, so, suddenly, I was entitled to the monies which they had previously told me on four separate occasions that they weren't going to pay me.

I'll press them for the monies that they own me for this month sometime around the middle of next month. Normally, they send me out remittance forms on the 20th of the month for what they're going to pay me for my previous month's sales, and then the monies are directly deposited into my bank account on the 29th (the 29th falls on a Sunday this month, so I just got some monies deposited into my account today).

When I know that I'm getting my monies next month that I'm owed for this month's sales (up until they terminated my account on the 10th), then I have one more legal threat for them which may or may not get my account reinstated.

Amazon has very expensive stock prices per share. And it's had it's share of problems lately with lawsuits against them for wages owed. Another one surrounding suppliers is not something that they really want.

They have had a lot of rumors and accusations about those who self publish their books being robbed and plagerism and even works outright stolen and the original author accused of plagerism.

It's kinda a mess when everything is so automated and huge at the same time.

With today's automated electronic banking and search AIs... you would think that this would be a thing of the past.
It really is not that difficult to determine who sold what, when, and where. Plagerism should be easily determined... just like identity. Just like stolen porch packages vs employees not truly delivering packages was easily remedied.

ALL retail outlets for vendors are a source for a long history of bad relationships. Grocery stores are notorious for treating vendors as sub-human. Same thing with restaurants and their suppliers.

It all comes with the territory. Since Amazon treats it's own employees so poorly a vendor is always treated with less respect than a regular employee.

If you ever find a place that doesn't follow this rule I really want to know about it.

The customer is king, the employees are favored slaves, and suppliers/vendors are sub-human.

The only time I have ever gotten decent treatment as a vendor from a retailer is when they were heavily in debt to me...and knew it...and were begging for products.

On another note, I honestly thought that God had removed all fear out of life until earlier this afternoon.

In all seriousness, I cannot even remember the last time that I was actually scared about anything...and then I took my daughter out today to teach her how to drive.

I almost had about 100 panic attacks...lol.

I'm serious, but we and my car are all still in one piece...barely.

I remember teaching my son to drive...we went around the empty church in the parking lot several times forward and then did it backwards several times. He got good at driving backwards. Until it was second nature for him.

Reason being is that when it came time to use the parking spaces to learn how to parallel park...it was a piece of cake for him.

Just an idea for you out of a dad whose son is grown.

My daughter recently passed her driver's test (again) and even bought a car! Oh, yeah, she bought a nicer car than either of her parents have ever owned LOL, well, you know, with all the digital bells and whistles: back up cam, DVD player, sun roof, push start, auto lock etc etc. She studied very diligently for her written test, and you have to know so much more now these days too. So she goes out parking lot driving to improve her skills; her insurance rates as a learner are insane

yes this looks pretty as always. Always love the colours and design and verses. I think I have seen a cat in one or two of them? Always like seeing them lol.
It is lunch time here. Normally I join in on a small christian zoom group but I have left that. They turned out to be too clicky and I didn't like that. In fact I am quite disappointed in them. We have a local community garden group that gather in person so I have joined that instead. Been going for about a month now and in a few hours they are having a market day so I will probably go and check that out. Not really into gardening that much but I do like the end result of growing your own vegies. Atm I am trying to work out how to do your own reticulation. Not a fancy one, just the do it yourself buy a black pipe, stick your own holes and put tiny sprinker heads on it. Not getting very far with it atm. I am a bit stuck actually lol. Oh boy Lord help me please, not good at this sort of thing.

Things where I am have to a large degree returned back to normal. People are out and about, haven't seen a mask in a while . Most are out soaking up the last of the sun as it has been turning colder lately. Winter will be on it's way so most are making the most of it. I don't know if it will last though as the weather has been unpredictable. We had really bad fires recently and are still recovering from that and in the east they have had the devastating floods and mice and spider plagues.

I have a veggie bed approx 2metres by 2metres and a few pots that I have been growing veggies in. I must admit I have not been having much luck this time. The first lot got eaten by the cabbage moths so I had to get some protective netting. The second lot have not taken off. Someone said that perhaps they are not getting enough water hence my retic idea. If I can work it out. I may ask someone in the group if they could have a look and point me in the right direction.

It gets cold here and rains alot in winter, never snows or anything but gets REAL cold. Although I am a person who prefers the warmth to the cold. I have to chop my own wood lol. Lucky nobody is filming me. It would probably be a comedy. It is time to plant the winter veggies, broccoli, carrots, cabbage etc etc.

The murder movies/documentaries are certainly interesting. They get your mind on overdrive trying to work out how and why. Most of the movies turn out with a similar ending though and they get a bit predictable. I used to like watching that English police series called "the bill" and there was another English detective guy that I liked watching too. It would have me on the edge of my seat at times. I can't remember the name of it but when I do I will let you know. That has returned to TV as re runs so I may start watching that again. I confess I have been watching something that is pretty lame. Married at First Sight. I do find it interesting to see the relationships play out although it is heavily edited so that you believe what they want you to believe.

Magenta since you like the murder/mystery type shows on TV would you ever write to a person in jail as a pen pal type of thing??
