I'm 36, and have not done many of the things I wanted to do in life. 
When I got saved I thought I would save the world .... I thought I would be the great man of God. One precious thing I have learned is you can even take things like depression and disappointment to Jesus on the cross and He will take it away just as miraculously as He took away our sins. He bore our sorrows and carried our grief.

My first chat i enter should not be Christians being stark with one another. We should be empowering each other with the word. We should not lash out on someone who may be at odds with christians or the Lord but find ways to bring them back with kindness. We are the representatives of the Lord so lets do our best to show love in the world that does not have it... which if im not wrong thats why we are here right <3

No not read his mind but be nicer. If you find what he said was offensive how much more of an offense are you committing to God with your actions? Stay in the Word and take care of the words you use when talking to others. Be more gentle
Gentler ? I have been that – to every season I guess. I feel different now – for how long? Who knows. My view now is too many people hold back for fear of causing of ‘offence’ - everything becomes tepid and cliche. I was very much that in the past.
I prefer now to call out ‘offence’ when I see it and let the chips fall where they may. If people want to dispute it with me – no prob, I won’t cry and do the ‘victim’ routine. Anyway don’t lose anymore sleep over it - there are more than enough peeps here to make up for my brusqueness
