if its an injury you should see a doctor right away. And there are also creams you can ask someone to put on your back to relieve the muscle pains. I had muscle pains in my wrists and I put a special cream and it went away eventually. those creams they sell at any pharmacy.

holy gracious father we come befor you with our friend rounghsoul and ask that his mussles be healed. We ask for your healing light to flow through his body as soon as possible so that he may work in peace. thankyou gracious father
