My life hasn't changed really; maybe it's changed slightly for the better. I'm reminded that God is still in control regardless of outward circumstances.

Here as well, I am keeping my eye on our Lord and Savior, praying without ceasing, seeking His guidance and walking it out. Our best is ahead of us in Christ.
I have heard a teaching that we idolized President Trump whom God raised up, and we are never to do that, and are always to give God first place.

well, being human we often idolize many things or persons. Trump is just one of many things some of us tended to... um... "like maybe a little too much" but I hate to put it that way because Trump really was doing... as I always tell or remind people "all tht a Christian president could be expected to do"... or MOST anyhow...

I don't like even halfway admitting to any hint of "worship" of Trump because the anti-Trumpers (accusers of the Brethren) are more than happy to get us thinking that

It is NOT a bad thing to support someone who supports Christian principles.. it's part of being a Christian in fact
