This if for you gals if you get bad hot flushes :mad::p
try this 10 drops of peppermint oil in a cup of water
put in spray bottle and keep beside you bed at night
it really really helps ;)
i have been doing this for about 3 years , i dont use hormones

give it a try , hubby dont complain no more , since i no longer have to open the windows in the winter at night lol
sage oil is also good
put some in bath water before bed
