Ive expirienced that feeling a lot. you can call the number 877-772-4559 its a prayer help line that will take you directly to a counsler they are on the line 24 / 7. call and they will answer questions and pray with you. ive used it before and its amazing. that way you can actually talk and hear someones voice.
