Hi everyone! It's been quite a while since I posted here. Please pray for my bodily health. I have really chronic neck and back pain that makes it very difficult for me to do anything. I have managed so far, but yesterday the pain was so bad I could barely turn my head. I really want to work on my own wellness and start exercising more, but the pain saps my energy and motivation to do anything. Please pray for my healing (and more motivation)!
