With God, we always have something positive to think about. The psalms testified that even in the valley of death, surrounded by evil, or lost in anxiety, we can always find hope, peace, joy, or thankfulness within the darkest of moments. Even in the dark we are still not without the light. God is light. The Holy Spirit is God in Spirit. The Holy Spirit lives within us and we are the light-bearers. We mirror the light of Christ. That light that has defeated both sin and death. A light so powerful it radiated the skin and clothes of both Moses and Jesus when they stood in the presence of God. When we stand close to God, we spiritually shine brighter. This will not only warm your soul but it will be a beacon for others who are lost in the troubles of the world.
