Commufornia. Hopefully, parents will not stand for this.

All parents have to do is claim they're Christian Science, or JW. Lie to avoid the human population culling program? Hell yes! When it's an agenda of Hell there's nothing wrong with repealing the effort in a language the understand.

All they need to do is lie? How about have a backbone, tell the truth, and pull your kids from public school. How bad do the public schools have to get before you realize that you can do better with homeschool?

Well yeah, but it isn't that easy for some families. And if the masses had guts, we'd be a different country.

And since the parents tax dollars pay for the child's attendance, they should get their money's worth. And not lose their rights to decide their children's future and say no to the vaccine.

The line, for the good of everyone, is a method to impart the slogan tentacles of Communism.

As a homeschooler, that is something that I've found kinda annoying. I still have to pay taxes to the public school. Boy, if I had the money for schooling my kids that the public school gets, we'd be able to do sooo much! Extracurricular classes, better tools for homeschooling, field trips (well, with Covid that one might not work anymore anyway)...

If you didn't pay for the public school to teach kids they wouldn't have enough money to fund CRT and other special programs on LGBTQ, etc.

Think of it this way, your paying for them to learn CRT and all about LGBT and how there are 60 genders.

California has been a very restrictive state as far as vaccinations go.

When I was enrolled in grade school there in the EARLY 70's...they were militant vaccination Nazis then. (This is just before Kaiser was created)

But vaccinations were mandatory... even the new Chicken pox vaccine.

I even had to have small pox vaccine which was stopped two years later.

I bet if land owners deducted the school tax from their property taxes every year in a mass protest, government would pay attention.

Or, they'd just assess penalties and interest, (interest? How's that work? Lands a loan?) and take your home.

Home schoolers should get twice the tax credit they pay for the public government indoctrination centers.

That's something most Americans don't realize. Free country, is a slogan.
We're no better than other countries and their governments. Ours just hides the oppression better.

We're not free. We pay for, and operate in all ways, by local and national government permission.
And the great lie, that ours is a representative government, was blatantly blown up in our faces in a forewarning by Biden, and unapologetically in November 3rd and January 6th 2020/2021.

In most cities you need two incomes, especially places like LA. There are less jobs in rural areas.

I home schooled two kids while I worked full time and my wife worked full time. It is very doable and if the church would help (provide a place where several families could coordinate it would be even easier) and if one or two retired teachers would assist it would be even easier.

That is terrible! I mean that is like the interest that would accrue on that $3.5 trillion package in 15 minutes.

except that in public school systems you are NOT getting your money's worth :( funds go to all sorts of things EXCEPT bettering children's education.

Our property taxes went up (just before covid ) with almost HALF going to the school district........
But, when we pull out of public school (in my state) the school district LOSES A LOT more than what local taxes cover.
I'm still researching exact numbers but what I've found so far is that state aid to the school districts here is between $12-15,000 per child per year!!! I didn't see that reflected in my kids public school education. (and yes,- before anyone can jump on saying what about this expense and that-I KNOW they have to pay salaries, and keep the lights on  etc. - but more money goes into board member salaries than teachers........ SPORTS  than education, silly stuff like that)

A few years ago Oregon was talking about allowing parents to have something like School Vouchers. You could use them to send your kid to private or public school and if you homeschooled, the homeschool got the voucher money. However, if that went through then the state could then tell us what we could and couldn't teach our kids. It didn't go through (the public schools pitched a fit because they knew parents would prefer a private school education for their kids!!) and I'm kinda glad because I don't need the state telling me I have to teach "gender studies", etc.

Still...12-15K per student? That would help keep our lights on and then some! lol

I also don't think it's "fair" for older folks whose kids have grown and gone or childless couples to have to pay that tax. But if we don't pay then, yeah, they'd take the house.

That's one of the things here too. It would be nice to offset cost by receiving something BUT this is one area of our lives that the government can't stick their dirty claws into :) because of it.
We have required subjects (math, science, language arts etc) but how we approach teaching them and what we use to do so the government has NO SAY IN.

Don't forget that this includes overpriced groceries for school lunch and overpriced busses and maintenance and diesel...and nice lunches for those in administration to talk about what those teachers should be doing.

Overpriced books and supplies and then hitting up the parents for gap funds. Trust me when I say that there's a huge amount of profit made from kids actually attending classes in person.

That's why they can only afford to teach about the joys of transgenders and homosexuality.
