Cuomo was all high and mighty concerning 1 woman who accused Kavanaugh from HS with a claim that he had no way to refute as she didn't give an exact time or place. Meanwhile we have 11 women who have plenty of verifiable evidence on Cuomo, not from 40 years ago but rather months ago.

So then if they just ignore meeting with the parole officer, ignore various curfews, and they are doing drugs is there any recourse? Besides not getting a smiley face, what is the penalty for this?

Nothing. They remain on parole. Their PO can't vacate their parole if they commit what, before this new rule, would have otherwise been a violation of the terms and conditions for parole.

Basically, now the only way a Parolee returns to prison is if they break the law again.

So then violating the rules of parole are not breaking the law?

Just to be clear a man rapes a woman and gets ten years in prison. After five years he is let out on parole due to "good behavior". He doesn't bother seeing his parole officer, doesn't pay attention to any curfews or mandates about not leaving the state, and is doing drugs. But none of that constitutes a reason to revoke his parole?
